Abstract The paper presents a structure diagram of a slot trencher when planting a garden, consisting of a frame on which working sections, a bevel gear reducer and support wheel stands are fixed. On the working section there is a shaft with a working body - a disk slot cutter. It is made in the form of a disc with teeth, one cutting edge of each tooth is straight and the other edge is parabolic. On the parabolic edge the working elements are fixed in the form of knives with a cutting edge consisting of two parts. A straight one is along the periphery; the other is in the form of a guide along the entire length of the curved edge of the tooth and equal to the width of the cutting edge of the knife. The theoretical substantiation of the main structure parameters is carried out as a result of which the length of the inclined knife is determined, which allows satisfying the operating conditions of the device.

The article analyzes the state and prospects of the mechanisms of Russian-economic agrarian cooperation. In foreign and domestic scientific literature, this topic has so far remained outside the scope of attention of scientists and experts. The author explores the foundations of cooperation at the state level and the level of private interest groups. The analysis of the activities of the «German-Russian Agrarian Dialogue» – the main structure of institutional interaction is carried out. It was created on the initiative of the German side in the first half of the 90’s of the last century. Its role in supporting various interest groups in cooperation is investigated. Particular attention is paid to the activities of the German entrepreneur S. Duerr and his company «EkoNiva». This is an example of «best practies» in the use of advanced management and agricultural technologies in Russian conditions. The author predicts the further development of Russian-German institutional interaction in agriculture

Dalem Kabupaten Rembang (regent residence), including the Pendopo as part of the Dalem component, was built around 1750. This building has a traditional Javanese concept that combined colonial architectural elements. This study aims to see the philosophical aspects of the saka guru that may influence the tectonic fusion of Javanese and European elements. In order to know the tectonic aspect of the Pendopo Dalem Kabupaten, this research using qualitative methods, while data collecting is conducted through literature study and observation. The findings of this study can be seen from the philosophical aspect in the concept of the “papat kiblat lima pancer“, where is reflected in the main structure of the saka guru (wooden material). Where functions as the main structure of the pendopo. Wooden material have given the aspect of its function which resists lateral forces (wind) to the overall construction. Meanwhile, the cement brick material on saka rawa and saka emper continuing the roof load to its foundation, used as bearing wall system.

Taqī al-Dīn al-Rāṣid is one of the most important representatives of the Ottoman tradition on mathematical sciences. His research focus being on astronomy, astronomical instruments, mathematics, optics, mechanics, and physics is understood from his surviving works. Taqī al-Dīn’s establishment and management of the Istanbul Observatory, which was the first observatory in the Ottoman Empire, made him an important figure in many ways. However, despite the aforementioned importance, the mathematics he learned, taught, produced and used has been a subject for very few studies. The primary way of determining the quality and the level of a work is to look at the kind of tools used for its creation. Therefore, this article will present the edition princeps, the translation and the evaluation of Taqī al-Dīn al-Rāṣid’s treatise on algebra, al-Nisab al-mutashākila fī ʻilm al-jabr wa-l-muqābala. It will be presented in the context of the idea that revealing a scientific character and the career of scholars who stand out in mathematical sciences can be possible by analyzing their mathematical works. The nature of the science of algebra, which can be applied to any problem encountered on any subject regardless of geometry or arithmetic, makes this idea more meaningful. For the correct examination of classical mathematical works, first the original text is verified and transformed into a format that provides an easy reading, then it is to be translated into the desired language. Finally a mathematical analysis and historical evaluation are needed to explain the main structure and justification of the content of the article.

The latest earthquakes in Europe exposed some critical problems in the connections of cladding panels in industrial precast reinforced concrete (PRC) structures. These connections did not perform as desired, causing the panels to fall, leading to significant nonstructural damage that resulted in the loss of human life and significant socio-economic impacts due to the interruption of business. Furthermore, in addition to the behavior of the cladding system itself, it is still not clear to what extent it can influence the overall seismic performance of the main structure. Making use of a simplified macroelement, the present study assesses the seismic performance of commonly employed cladding-to-structure connections, as well as the interaction of cladding panels with industrial PRC buildings. The analyses were carried out considering a PRC building representative of a Portuguese industrial park, studied with and without cladding panels. The seismic behavior of the structure was assessed considering both nonlinear static and dynamic procedures.
