The system of space monitoring (SM) is of great importance, as a means of ensuring environmental safety. This system is based on remote sensing. The structure of SM is a distributed system. This system comprises independent data storage, system control, system of dynamic ratings, capacity and forecasting, control system, information system (IS) processing of monitoring data. As IS it is necessary to choose a geographic information system (GIS). IS monitoring refers to the problem-oriented system. These information systems include specialized databases models. All monitoring systems use sets of models, which allow building complex enterprise models. The peculiarity of the SM is the need to coordinate support of this monitoring and rate of the GIS capacity. Production Manager's decision is the impact on the object of monitoring. Results management and environmental data are received at the monitoring subsystem. Integration of SM and GIS monitoring has led to the creation of geoinformation space monitor (GISM). The operation of the system GISM is designed to provide a guaranteed result taking into account the capacity. Basis – the decision of the decision makers (DM). Therefore, an independent scientific and practical interest is the adequate mathematical model of DM.

The COVID-19 viral disease surfaced at the end of 2019 and quickly spread across the globe. To rapidly respond to this pandemic and offer data support for various communities (e.g., decision-makers in health departments and governments, researchers in academia, public citizens), the National Science Foundation (NSF) spatiotemporal innovation center constructed a spatiotemporal platform with various task forces including international researchers and implementation strategies. Compared to similar platforms that only offer viral and health data, this platform views virus-related environmental data collection (EDC) an important component for the geospatial analysis of the pandemic. The EDC contains environmental factors either proven or with potential to influence the spread of COVID-19 and virulence or influence the impact of the pandemic on human health (e.g., temperature, humidity, precipitation, air quality index and pollutants, nighttime light (NTL)). In this platform/framework, environmental data are processed and organized across multiple spatiotemporal scales for a variety of applications (e.g., global mapping of daily temperature, humidity, precipitation, correlation of the pandemic to the mean values of climate and weather factors by city). This paper introduces the raw input data, construction and metadata of reprocessed data, and data storage, as well as the sharing and quality control methodologies of the COVID-19 related environmental data collection.

The impact of a pump control system on the recorded pressure values along the pipeline during emergency leaks is discussed in the paper. A comparison was made for the designed experimental installation with a length of 1100 m and a diameter of DN 63 mm. The calculations were made using the Epanet 2 program. Results of the performed calculations prove that apart from a detailed description of hydraulic parameters of the pipeline on the size of emergency leaks from the pipeline, it is also important to properly describe the pump control system.

In this article we extend the application of ISCSI protocol to the data storage field of mobile device. First of all, we describe the implement principles and advantages of ISCSI protocol, and discuss the problems and solutions in the design. Then we implement the interface design based on the Android platform, port the ISCSI kernel-mode module, and design the ISCSI communication interface for multiple layers of Adroid system. After that we propose a local cache policy based on the linear mapping method of Device mapper. At last, we analyze the impact of the cache policy on the improvement of system performance according to the experiment results. In a word, we supply a feasible storage solution to solve the problem that there is not enough storage capacity in the mobile device and satisfy the instant accesses from users.

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

In microgrid operation, one of the most vital tasks of the system control is to wiselydecide between selling excess power to the local grid or charge the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Our study uses Mixed-Integer Linear Programming to investigate the impact of storage system on the operational cost of a microgrid. The results suggested that the presence of BESS would relieve the pressure on the utility grid but not the cost of electricity due to the expensive nature of the storage plant. In view of this, it will be more beneficial to sell excess renewable generated power to the utility grid than to invest in a storage system for larger microgrids.

In this paper a thermoeconomic approach is applied to the dynamic model of a Power System in order to investigate the effects of the control system on the primary energy consumption. To achieve this objective, various control strategies are compared when variations of the operation condition, due to some internal or external causes, are produced. Those variations causes the intervention of the control system, which rearranges the operating condition in order to have the controlled quantities within acceptable ranges. Generally the plant efficiency changes, depending on the selected strategy. A microturbine is considered as the case study. The analysis here proposed allows one to quantify the effect of the control on the performance variation of the components. The approach associates an exergetic cost and a thermoeconomic cost to the control system operation, which expresses the additional resource (primary energy and economic resources) consumptions that may be associated to the control. The impact on the initial and final steady states as well as the transient evolution are considered.
