The Future

The role of professionals has changed significantly, and sotoo should the role of professional societies. The future isvery unclear, and it is likely that professional societies willcontinue to change and adapt. But what is their role today;is it to provide leadership, serve their members, or promotetheir professions? These questions were put to a numberof construction industry leaders to seek their views. Thepresidents of three professional institutes and a governmentregulator for the construction industry were approachedand their opinions recorded. Each interviewee was chosenbecause of their leadership role within the property andconstruction industries. Using an informal exploratoryinterview approach each respondent discussed issuesfacing their professional society. The results show thatindemnity insurance, continuing professional development,and public recognition were key concerns.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of trust and perceived value on continuance intention of payment gateway services with religiosity as moderation variable. This study involves 130 respondents collected through questionnaires in the area of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, East Java. Their responses were analyzed using descriptive analysis with SPSS 16.0 and statistical analysis with WarpPLS 6.0. The results indicate that trust and perceived benefit have positive effect on continuance intention. The moderating role of religiosity has an effect on the relationship between trust and continuance intention. It can be impliead that wallet payment companies should develop their strategies in the future, especially as an evaluation of the performance of their services in fintech competition. They should also provide important information to wallet payment so that they can build trust and perceived benefit that have an impact on continuance intetntion by moderating religiosity to increase the use of wallet payment services.

The Future

This chapter provides an overview of some artificial intelligence applications in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Furthermore, the authors will define Creativity and its limits for the machine in the role of architecture. This chapter raises the importance of start developing framework for artificial intelligence applications and big data to create the fundamental to further developments. Moreover, the importance of sharing data and train models in an open-source community will become a great asset to the development of our industry. In the future, Industry 4.0 will see more entrepreneurs in the field of architecture, engineering, and construction.
