The article describes the experience of the private further professional education establishment in integration with private medical organizations as a hi-tech clinic base. The purpose of the experience was to work out an education program of professional retraining which enables medical organization to extend the range of its services. The demand for such programs investment stems from the gap between the professional level of medical workers training at universities and the needs of hi-tech segment of cosmetology service which requires highly qualified specialists.The gap between the increasingly changing market demands and the existing higher education offer may be bridged through involvement of practicing professionals in education process.The authors consider the best Russian and foreign practices of interaction between private medical establishments and private education establishments aimed at creation Centers of Excellence on the example of Neo Clinic Tuymen. The presented model shows the competitive advantages of a professional retraining education program characterized by a big concentration of resources per student and a high value of education service. The article may be useful for the university management in Russia in developing and updating strategies and programs of practice-oriented education that will meet the requirements of regional labour markets, concrete organizations and employers and contribute to graduates’ adaptation to actual production process.

This professional-education program was developed in Australia. It includes a guidebook and a CD-ROM that provide interactive instruction and activities to enable the user to examine the “art of teaching.” The program uses one lesson presented by a master teacher to a class of eleven- and twelve-year-olds. The CD-ROM offers the capability to view the lesson and allows the user to observe and reflect on all facets of the lesson. The guidebook gives directions, includes professional readings, and suggests questions for discussion.

This study aims to evaluate the Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind program in Jakarta State University. The research of Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind program evaluation used CIPP model of Daniel L. Suffebeam because this approach fits the research objectives describing the Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind program. The instruments used were the researcher himself, interview guidance, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was done in accordance with Miles and Huberman namely; data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results found were: 1) context aspect namely: that Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind program had agreed with the objectives, had a strong legal basis, and needs analysis namely to assist the acceleration of government programs for equitable education; 2) input aspects namely: program plan and facilities in the form of human resources such as lecturers, Teacher Professional Education Program participants, facilities and infrastructure, funding, partnership and management were available well according to the plan; 3) process aspects, namely the implementation of the activities, including: the implementation of the evaluation process, decision-making process, learning process, and graduation process had already run well; 4) product aspects namely Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor Of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind Program of Education of Physical, Health and Recreation study program of Jakarta State University had been able to improve the quality and quantity of participants, including the number of graduates. Based on the results of this evaluation, it can be concluded that Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind program had been implemented as well as possible but it needed improvement of facilities and infrastructure, funds, and coordination between the ministry of research and technology of higher education and Teacher Training Institute of Jakarta State University.   Keywords: Program Evaluation, Teacher Professional Education Program Bachelor of Education In The Foremost, Outer And Behind, CIPP Model, and Education of Physical, Health and Recreation.

The government in Indonesia issues new rules to prepare pre-service teachers to be professional teachers in the future by asking them to attend additional education named Teachers Professional Education Program (locally known as Program Profesi Guru).  This Case Study aimed to identify the obstacles experienced by pre-service English teachers in FKIP Universitas Riau during the PPG program and the Teaching Practicum (PPL) as a part of PPG program. This is qualitative research involving 10 alumni of the Subsidized PPG English Education Department. Focus Group Discussion was used to collect data from the participants. The data obtained were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s thematic analysis and referred to the three procedures introduced by Flick i.e., open coding, axial coding and selective coding with the help of the Nvivo 12 software. The findings showed seven emerging obstacles faced by the pre-service English teachers during Teachers Professional Education Program (PPG). There were one (1) obstacle found at the first-semester theory program in PPG, and six (6) obstacles found at the second-semester practicum program in PPG which known as PPL.
