This report describes a methodology of simulation research which is designed to accomplish requirements of a human factors engineering simulation, plan. This approach, accompanied by detailed test plans and schedules will fulfill the data item DI-H-7052 (Human Engineering Dynamic Simulation Plan) for intended use of dynamic simulation techniques in support of human engineering analysis, design support and test and evaluation. This methodology will cover the need for dynamic simulation, evaluation techniques, procedures and guidelines, and the behavioral, subjective and physiological methods recommended for use in human engineering evaluations.

A dynamic comprehensive simulation model is constructed to evaluate the economic and environmental impact of reclaimed water utilization. One objective function and three sub-model is consisted the simulation model. Lingo software is used to solve this model. The simulation result shows that the utilization of reclaimed water is a feasible approach to the achievement of the water pollutant reduction and economic development.

In order to evaluate the impact of different warhead shapes on the damage efficiency of semi armour piercing warhead effectively, four common semi armour piercing warhead models are established based on Solidworks, and the deck model is established with reference to the deck data of an aircraft carrier. And then the material setting and grid division are carried out based on Ansys so as to construct the explicit dynamic simulation model. The credibility of the model is verified based on the residual velocity theory after the model being established. Finally, based on the established model, the simulation research on the influence of warhead shape on vertical armour piercing ability is carried out. The results show that under the same velocity, the armour piercing ability of sharp oval and conical warheads are better and their residual velocity are higher.

The reversing valve is a vital servo component in the hydraulic system, which reversing the movement of the execute component by the movement of the valve core to change on-off of the hydraulic channels. The model for a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve used in some hydraulic system was established based on AMESim. The simulation operation results showed that the model had realized the same function with that of the actual valve, and had been consistent with the actual one on dynamic characteristics. The established of the model and the dynamic simulation analysis laid foundation for the hydraulic system operation reliably and effectively.

Comparing to the common locking mechanisms, this paper designs a new type of rope locking device which applies the wedge self-locking principle and hydraulic force-amplifying mechanism. The dynamic simulation research on the locking rope device with the usage of the ANSYS/IS-DYNA, and the simulation shows that the locking rope device can realize the self-lock of the first rope; the force-amplifying mechanism can effectively improve the security and stability of the rope locking, and reduce the abrasion of the first rope. Meanwhile, the simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the locking rope mechanism.
