The occupational risk assessment of a machine building company must cover each activity and workstation, taking into account each component of the production system (work system), each workload, work equipment and the work environment. This assessment is an extremely complicated and complex issue since the production system of such an enterprise is particularly complex and complicated. Welding assembly is a highly polluting technology process, especially of the atmosphere and soil. The formation of gases in the welding process is the result of burning of the electrodes, powders, forming the molten metal bath and making the weld seam. Welding operators are exposed to smoke and toxic gases resulting from the welding process, which can in many cases be hazardous to health. Many acute intoxications that may be caused by excessive exposure to or short exposure to smoke and gas resulting from the welding process have been studied over time. In the paper are presented the elements of risk related to the welding process and the most widespread occupational diseases that can occur in the ranges of the welding operators. The following are presented the noxious emissions from welding and are determined by a practical method the emission of noxious at welding deposition of a welding sample, using the manual arc welding process with coated electrode.

Metal inert gas arc welding process was implemented to join 6063T6 wrought alloy and ADC12 die-casting alloy using ER4047 filler metal. The microstructure of the weld seam and weld interface was investigated. The bonding strength of the butt joints was tested by Charpy U-notch impact test and tensile test. The results showed that a sound welding butt joint with finely silicon particles and excellent mechanical properties was formed, and the size of the silicon particles was nearly 2 μm. Compared with 6063T6 wrought alloy, the impact absorbing energies and the tensile strengths of the butt joint were higher and reached 1.173 kJ/cm2 and 205 MPa, respectively, and the fractures of all tensile specimens occur at the 6063T6 aluminum.

Welding electrode arc welding, upside welding, single side welding, double side forming welding operation technology is the most difficult welding process in manual arc welding operation. It is an operation technology that senior welding operators must master, and it reflects the technical level of the welding welder. . In this paper, the welding operation essentials and operation skills of backing welding, filling welding and cover welding are studied for the welding operation of the back welding test board, which creates a theoretical basis for the improvement of the welding operator's operation skills.

The article addresses the mathematical model of manual arc welding with coated electrodes, based on complete material balance, the model is a three equation system. The first equation describes the interaction between average and partial transition coefficients; the second equation shows the transition of an element from the metal phase; the third one characterizes the reduction of an element from the slag phase. The results of modeling for base and rutile electrode are given. The convergence of experimental data and calculations is shown. The regressionequations to calculate the parameters required for forecasting the composition of overlaying metal and weld metal in manual arc welding are listed.
