Abstract In order to effectively solve the problem of power waste caused by forgetting to cut off the power supply during standby, reduce the waste of power resources and improve the safety of electrical appliances, this paper designs an intelligent power saving socket which can be used in many scenarios. The design fully considers the cost of equipment, reliability and practicability, can greatly save electricity, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.

In China, coal combustion to generate electric power is the primary method, the energy-saving and emission reduction is the urgent task. At present, the energy-saving dispatching trial method in some area evaluates energy-saving and emission reduction of coal combustion power generation according to power supply coal consumption rate only. But the power supply coal consumption rate can’t reflect the energy-saving and emission reduction effect of coal combustion power plant overall. For example, the same coal combustion unit, the coal consumption rate is difference when desulfuration system is operating or not; the coal consumption rate of the unit with SCR will be increased; the coal consumption rate of the air-cooled unit is higher than water-cooled unit; etc.. This paper considers synthetically coal consumption rate, pollution emission, water resource wastage, etc., establishes a integrated evaluation system, adopts factor analysis method, gets the integrated evaluation system and index of energy-saving and emission reduction of coal combustion power generation, evaluates energy-saving and emission reduction effect of 5 power plants reasonable. The results show that the index can reflect the energy-saving and emission reduction level of coal combustion power generation.

According to operation situation of power plant’s EP, the technical measures of energy saving in low-voltage power supply system have been analyzed over the years. Based on the classical theory of electrostatic precipitator and the operating status quo of EP, the paper has been focused on the principles of energy-saving and emission-reduction EP, established high-voltage current supply energy-saving and emission-reduction EP dust removal efficiency of mathematical models, analyzed energy saving and emission reduction technical measures of the low voltage device and proposed the technical solutions. It provided reference for design, adjustment, operation and energy saving of power plant’s EP.

Based on the perspective of ecological compensation and ecological claims, this paper analyzes the stability of Beijing Tianjin Hebei haze governance alliance by using asymmetric evolutionary game model, and obtains the optimal strategy combination. The results show that: a reasonable ecological compensation standard is very important for enterprises to adopt energy-saving and emission reduction strategies. Only when the total value of ecological claims in the two places is higher than the cost of energy-saving and emission reduction, enterprises will adopt energy-saving and emission reduction strategies, and the implementation of energy-saving and emission reduction strategies will not be shaken by the amount of ecological compensation.

At present, the energy issue is a common problem faced by all industries. The use of effective energy-saving and emission reduction methods in the shipping process can save the cost of shipping. As the price of oil on ships continues to rise, energy-saving technologies for ship power stations and electrical equipment have attracted widespread attention. The use of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies can save energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution caused by the shipping process, and obtain both economic and environmental benefits. This article briefly describes the importance of energy saving and emission reduction of ship power stations and electrical equipment on board. It explains the application of specific energy saving and emission reduction methods from the aspects of ballast water system modification, installation of desulfurization system and application of frequency conversion energy saving technology.

Coal-fired to generate electric power is the primary method in China and it occupies about 80% generation portions. Therefore, it is necessary to increase power generation efficiency and reduce related pollution in order to conserve energy and resources. In certain regions of China, energy saving oriented dispatch is under test, which only uses coal consumption rate for power supply as the indicator of energy saving. But coal consumption rate for power supply itself doesn’t show the whole picture of energy saving and emission reduction of coal combustion power plants. This paper selects the coal consumption for power supply, SO2 and NOx emission, EAF, net loss and water consumption as the energy-saving dispatching index, adopts emergy analysis method, carries the order integrate index, provides the reference for energy-saving dispatching.

As the largest processing sector of primary energy, the transformation and upgrading of the power sector is undoubtedly an effective way to alleviate the situation of energy and environment. This article studies the gradual goals of the transformation and upgrading of China’s power industry, where the conditions of technical judgment, specific profile, and moderate agenda are incorporated. The empirical analysis of China’s provincial power sectors based on the constructed models came to the following results. First, it is of great importance to consider the profile of each region’s power sector in setting energy-saving and emission reduction targets. The analysis of variance demonstrates significant differences in the reference points of inputs and outputs under the 1% confidence level. Second, regardless of the specific quantity, the strongly consistent trends of the short- and long-term targets demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the gradual goals. Finally, realizing the potential of energy-saving and emission reduction needs a gradual pathway instead of accomplishing in one stroke. The targets of this study, which are attainable for the power sector and still represent a best practice, could serve as transitional benchmarks in power supply and emission reduction. To further achieve carbon neutrality, the management strategy to coordinate power supply and renewable energy accommodation needs to be transformed.
