Evolution of the Concept Map Based Adaptive Knowledge Assessment System: Implementation and Evaluation ResultsThe paper represents the concept map based adaptive knowledge assessment system. Advantages of concept maps are analyzed emphasizing that the approach offers a reasonable balance between requirements to assess higher levels of knowledge according to Bloom's taxonomy and complexity of a system. Concept maps allow revealing of student's knowledge structure, promote system thinking and support process oriented learning where a study course is divided into stages in each of which knowledge assessment is carried out. The developed knowledge assessment system consists from a teacher's, learner's and administrator's modules and is implemented as a multiagent system. Four prototypes of the system developed within four projects are described. The first prototype supports only fill-in-the-map tasks where a learner must put given concepts in correct places. The second prototype provides changing the degree of task difficulty, thus, performing adaptation to a learner's knowledge level. The set of tasks are also extended by construct-the-map tasks. Improvements implemented in the third prototype allow using of directed arcs and standard relationships in concept maps. The three-tier architecture used in the fourth prototype is chosen to rise the security level of the system. Besides that learner's support is considerably expanded giving help and tutoring to a learner. Results of evaluation of the developed system's prototypes in different study courses are presented. The paper concludes with the comparison of all four prototypes using all main characteristics of the developed knowledge assessment system.

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi minimnya pengetahuan guru SDN 26 dan 28 Air Tawar Timur Padang Utara Kota Padang terkait implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) membimbing guru mengidentifikasi hakikat Kurikulum 2013, (2) membimbing guru mengidentifikasi sistem pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013, (3) membimbing guru menyusun perangkat pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013, (4) membimbing guru mempelajari dan merancang sistem penilaian Kurikulum 2013. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan teknik bimbingan dengan memvariasikan berbagai macam metode, yaitu ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pelatihan/penugasan. Dari kegiatan bimbingan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) guru telah mengetahui hakikat Kurikulum 2013 dan tertarik melaksanakannya, (2) guru telah mengetahui tata cara pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013, (3) guru telah mengetahui jenis-jenis perangkat pembelajaran dan mampu menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013, (4) sistem penilaian Kurikulum 2013 memang cukup rumit, namun secara keseluruhan guru cukup memahami dan mampu merancang penilaian autentik Kurikulum 2013 walaupun tetap membutuhkan bimbingan tidak langsung.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Teknis; Implementasi dan Penilaian; Kurikulum 2013.AbstractThis activity is motivated by the lack of knowledge of SDN 26 and 28 Air Tawar Timur teachers in North Padang, Padang City related to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. Based on this, this activity aims to: (1) assist teachers in understanding the nature of the 2013 curriculum, (2) assisting teachers in identifying procedures learning curriculum 2013, (3) assisting teachers to develop learning tools for the 2013 curriculum, (4) assisting teachers in learning the 2013 curriculum assessment system. Implementation of activities uses mentoring techniques by varying various methods, namely lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and training / assignments. From the mentoring activities, the following results were obtained: (1) the teacher understood the nature of the 2013 curriculum and was interested in implementing it, (2) the teacher knew the procedures for implementing the 2013 curriculum, (3) the teacher knew the types of learning tools for the 2013 curriculum, but still further assistance is needed in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and teaching materials, (4) the 2013 Curriculum assessment system is indeed quite complicated, but overall teachers have understood even though it still requires indirect assistance.Keywords: Technical Assistance; Implementation and Assessment; Curriculum 2013.

This study discusses the Influence of Self Assessment System Implementation, Awareness and Understanding of Tax Liability on Paying Taxes On KPP Pratama Badung Utara. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Badung Utara using probability sampling methods. Respondents were used in this study were 98 responden.Uji hypothesis is used multiple linear regression equation Y = -7.874 - 0.083X1 + 0,522X2 - 0.048X3 + é where partial awareness of taxation affect the obligation to pay taxes is indicated by the level of Sig. 0.002 <0.05, while the self-assessment system and partial understanding of taxation does not affect the obligation to pay taxes, this is indicated by the level of Sig. respectively - variable massing 0.076> 0.05 and 0.759> 0.05, but simultaneously, self-assessment system, awareness and understanding of taxation positive and significant effect on the obligation to pay taxes, this is indicated by the level Sig.0.000 <0.05.

The article analyzes the situation related to compliance of regime of preservation the integrity of information circulating in automated information system, control of required information protection level in system databases, as well as the correctness of functioning of algorithms used in processing. A situation is considered that is characteristic, first of all, for a device engineering enterprise, in which a similar system is already in operation or is planned to be introduced. Recommendations are given to improve its information security, promising ways of scientific study of arising problems are outlined.
