One manifestation of teacher leadership is the existence of classroom management. For this reason, if teacher leadership is associated with teacher skills in classroom management, there is a very close relationship. The higher the quality of classroom management, the better the teacher’s leadership. Then further in a learning process in the classroom, it is expected to be able to create positive behavior when students are participating in learning activities. But in reality forming positive behavior when student are taking part in learning is not easy, it is necessary to have quality leadership and be accompained managment skills.the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher ledership and classroom management skills on student learning behavior. Based on the result of the multiple linear based on the result of the multiple linear regression equation test conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that teacher leadership and classroom management skills have an influence on student behavior. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the calculated F value 32,075 > F table 4,02

Learning achievement of early childhood indicates how much a child can fulfill his developmental assignment according to the child's age stage. Therefore, a child's learning achievement must be maximized so that this golden age does not pass unnoticed. Various factors influence a child's level of achievement, one of which is the self-concept. Field data indicate that some behaviors indicate a negative self-concept. On the other side, a child's learning level has not been evenly distributed. This study aims to know: 1) profile of self-concept of aged 5-6 years old children; 2) Profile of learning achievement of 5-6 years old children; and 3) the effect of self-concept on the learning achievement of 5-6 years old children in RA Perwanida Bendunganjati Pacet. This study used the correlational quantitative research method. The population in this study was 5-6 years old children at RA Perwanida Bendunganjati with 23 children sample specified by purposive sampling technique. The results showed an effect of self-concept on the learning achievement of 5-6 years old children in RA Perwanida Bendunganjati Pacet positively and significantly. This can be seen from the result of a simple linear regression equation that amounted to Y = 190,631 + 1.376X. The positive validity regression coefficient showed its positive direction of the variable effects X to Y, meaning the higher the value of the variable X, it will be higher the value of the Y variable. The percentage of the effects of self-concept on learning achievement is 36.2%.

An aptasensor was developed on an interdigitated microelectrode (IDME) by current-volt sensing for the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis by detecting the biomarker lipocalin-2. Higher immobilization of the anti-lipocalin-2 aptamer as a probe was achieved by using sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate-aided zeolite particles. FESEM and FETEM observations revealed that the size of the zeolite particles was <200 nm, and they displayed a uniform distribution and spherical shape. XPS analysis attested the occurrence of Si, Al, and O groups on the zeolite particles. Zeolite particles were immobilized on IDME by a (3-aminopropyl)-trimethoxysilane amine linker, and then, the aptamer as the probe was tethered on the zeolite particles through a biotin-streptavidin strategy assisted by a bifunctional aldehyde linker. Due to the high occupancy of the aptamer and the efficient electric transfer from zeolite particles, higher changes in current can be observed upon interaction of the aptamer with lipocalin-2. The lower detection of lipocalin-2 was noted as 10 pg/mL, with a linear range from 10 pg/mL to 1 μg/mL and a linear regression equation of y=8E−07x+8E−08; R2 = 0.991. Control experiments with complementary aptamer and matrix metalloproteinase-9 indicate the specific detection of lipocalin-2. Furthermore, spiking lipocalin-2 in human serum does not interfere with the identification.

Abstract Benzene is considered a toxic and hazardous pollutant in Tehran metropolis. The storage tanks of petroleum products and refueling in gas stations are among the main sources of benzene emissions. Using the software AERMOD and reviewing the benzene dispersion maps at different distances from 412 storage tanks at 148 gas stations, it was found the permissible distance of the emission source is dependent on various variables such as the number of loading times and the storage capacity. When, storage capacity in the range of 60,000 L to 96,000 L and the number of loading is in the range of 676 to 1,328 times a year, the concentration of benzene at a distance of 30 m of the emission source reaches the annual standard of 5 μg/m3. While, storage capacity in the range of 80,000 L to 128,000 L and the number of loading is in the range of 1,329 to 1,834 times a year, the concentration of benzene at a distance of 40 m of the emission source reaches the annual standard of 5 μg/m3. Also, based on the analysis of data and the linear regression equation, the permissible distance of the emission source can be predicted.

Abstract Aiming to solve the problems in the traditional multiple regression analysis model for predicting college sports performance based on the principles of econometrics, a predictive model that combines genetic algorithm (GA), college sports performance evaluation and regression analysis is proposed. GA is used to conduct dynamic and supervised optimisation evaluation of college sports performance; on this basis, combined with regression analysis and GA's global optimisation capabilities, a complex nonlinear relationship between student sports performance and influencing factors is established; the student's performance is calculated based on the college sports performance. The results show that the method has high prediction accuracy and good stability.

Abstract This article combines geographic information system (GIS) technology and database technology to analyse agricultural, natural disasters. The article uses a fractional linear regression equation to define the comprehensive intensity grading standard of the disaster-causing factors of torrential rain. At the same time, we use GIS to superimpose the agricultural vulnerability index into the storm disaster risk zoning to obtain the degree of agricultural impact under different levels of risk. At the end of the thesis, the model is applied to actual case analysis to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm model.

Abstract The people of Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District have raised pigs as well as used them as a source of household income. Pig farming has been running for about 15 years, although sometimes it receives losses. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of pig farming to household income and the factors that affect the income of pig farming in Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District. This research was conducted during March 2021, and the sample locations in Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District in Tenga Village, Pakuweru Village, and Pakuure Village were determined using the purposive sampling method, with the consideration that these areas are areas that have a large population of pigs. The sample was determined by the total quota sampling method, namely all pig breeders in the three sample villages as many as 30 farmers. The analysis model used to estimate the factors that affect income is the multiple linear regression equation models. Pig farming was able to provide the income of IDR 17,431,281/year with an average of 26 pigs/farmer. Pig farming contributed 40% to household income. Pig farming has the largest contribution to the household income of pig breeders. The factors that influence the income of pig farming are the age of the farmer, the number of ownership of pigs, and the type of business combination. Farmers needs to increase the number of sows, to increase household income. The government’s policy is a program of providing assistance in the form of pigs, as broodstock for farmers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were four conventional banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri. The study was conducted from 2010 to 2019. The data collection method used the documentation method. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression, coefficientof determination and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the effect of CAR, LDR and OEOI on ROAat conventional state-owned banks results in regression test results: Y = 11.602 + 0.01X1 + 0.005 X2 - 0.108 X3. The coefficient of determination obtained by R square is 0.785. This means that X1 (CAR), X2 (LDR) and X3 (BOPO) have an effect on ROA (Y) by 78.5% while the rest (100% - 78.5% = 21.5%) are influenced by variables. others who were not examined in this study. The t test results show that there is a significant effect separately between CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000, because the significant value is less than 0.05, it means that CAR, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect together on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. Keywords: CAR, LDR, BOPO, ROA 1) The Candidate of Bachelor in Economics (Accounting) 2) Supervisors.
