The formation of nitrogen-fixing root nodules, plant mass and soybean yield under the use of post-emergence herbicides and their combinations with plant growth regulator Athonic Plus and mіcrofertilizer Nanomix was studied. It was established that application of tank mixtures of post-emergence herbicides had led to the reduction of number and mass of nitrogenfixing nodules on the roots of soybean plants. Application of the Athonic Plus and Nanomix preparations, on the contrary, had promoted studied indices. The maximum soybean yield was observed in the variants with tank mixtures of herbicides Nabob + Fabіan + Mіura and Nabob + Fusillade Forte 150 EC. Combination of Athonic Plus and Nanomix preparations with post-emergence herbicides had resulted in the reduction of the herbicides efficiency against weeds, which had prevented to unleash high yield potential of the crop.

The effect of soil herbicides on nodule-forming ability and other conditions for soybean yield isgiven. It has been established that modern soil herbicides, especially Fabian and Prymekstra TZ 500Gold SC were inferior than herbicide Harnes by the efficiency of control of annual cereals and bilobatedshort-living weeds soybean crops. Harnes had a greater negative effect on the formation of the amountand weight of nitrogen-fixing nodules on soybean root than other herbicides. At the same time, the use ofHarnes produced the highest yield of soybeans. Morphological signs of plants and signs of soybeanproductivity depended on the effectiveness of soil herbicides and tolerance of culture to them. There wasno significant effect of soil herbicides on the quality of the cultivated soybean seeds.

The paper explores the challenges faced today, in a context of severe economic crisis, by immigrant associations (ΙΜΑs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Greece. The data analysed here was collected between October 2009 and February 2010 and incorporates references to all recorded migration-related social actors operating in Greece. The paper takes into account such indicators as legal form, objectives, financial capacity and geographical range of activity, concluding with a typology of civil society actors dealing with migration issues. This study aims at informing the migration policymaking and migrant integration processes. By a spatial hot-spot clustering of IMAs and NGOs, we also illustrate the concentration patterns of civil society actors in Greece.
