The formation of nitrogen-fixing root nodules, plant mass and soybean yield under the use of post-emergence herbicides and their combinations with plant growth regulator Athonic Plus and mіcrofertilizer Nanomix was studied. It was established that application of tank mixtures of post-emergence herbicides had led to the reduction of number and mass of nitrogenfixing nodules on the roots of soybean plants. Application of the Athonic Plus and Nanomix preparations, on the contrary, had promoted studied indices. The maximum soybean yield was observed in the variants with tank mixtures of herbicides Nabob + Fabіan + Mіura and Nabob + Fusillade Forte 150 EC. Combination of Athonic Plus and Nanomix preparations with post-emergence herbicides had resulted in the reduction of the herbicides efficiency against weeds, which had prevented to unleash high yield potential of the crop.

Spraying with tank mix combinations of the fungusColletotrichum coccodesand the plant growth regulator thidiazuron increased mortality, decreased biomass and height of velvetleaf, and increased soybean yield in field experiments. The velvetleaf isolate ofC. coccodeswas compatible with thidiazuron, and tank mix combinations consistently improved control over either component alone. In the moist 1986 season the fungus and the growth regulator interacted synergistically to increase velvetleaf mortality. In the drier 1987 season no significant interaction was detected between the two components.

Analysis of literary sources shows that legume-rhizobial systems annually fix nitrogen from the atmosphere in the amount of from 40 to 300 kg of per 1 ha of crop. Crops of legumes by Nitrogen fixation capabilities play an important role in saving and improvement of the natural soil fertility. It is known that in the process of the crop rotation with legumes the species composition of soil microorganisms is restored, as a result stable soil fertility rate is supported. Legumes plants are valuable siderata. Green legume fertilizer has a positive effect on increasing the productivity of plants, causes to the conservancy and increase of soil fertility. The plowing of the siderates leads to an increase in the humus content in the soil and the availability of phosphate treatment, a reduction in nitrogen gas losses from the soil. After decomposition and mineralization of leguminous siderata, the soil is replenished with nutritious macro- and microelements. Siderata is able to loosen heavy soils, improve their structure, and inhibit the growth of weeds that create water deficiency and reduce the content of minerals in the soil. Growing of peas leads to increased of the absorption efficiency of organic fertilizers by the following crops. The article approves the results of increasing the nitrogen-fixing ability of sowing pea with applying of the microbial preparation Bioinoculant and plant growth regulator Mars EL, and their role in increasing of biological nitrogen content for repair of soil fertility. It was established that the symbiotic activity of pea plants depends on the growth phase of the crop. The highest indexes of active nitrogen-fixing nodules on the roots of pea plants were found in the budding phase after pre-sowing seed complex treatment with Bioinoculant and growth regulator Mars EL. It was researched that he combined use of Bioinoculant and plant growth regulator Mars EL provided the increase of the mass of active nodules at the roots of the plant by 33% (phase of formation of 5-6 leaves), 38,8% (budding phase) and 22,8% (flowering phase) compared to the control. It was found that the use of inoculant and plant growth regulator with N30P30K30 fertilizer background leads to the greatest concentration of nodules on the main roots of the plants. The nodules had a pink color. In the technological process, the pre-sowing treatment of pea seeds with Bioinoculant and plant growth regulator Mars EL is an important perspective for improving the symbiotic activity of culture. This induces the reproduction of the soil's natural fertility. It is advisable to investigate the effect of inoculation and growth regulators with the different mechanism of action on the symbiotic activity of winter peas. Key words: soil fertility, legumes, siderata, symbiotic nitrogen fixation, inoculant, plant growth regulator

In 2020, we conducted double spraying soybean plants with growth regulator Proliant, BG containing gibberellin acid at the beginning of flowering and pods formation phases, experiment was done on leached black soil of the central natural-climatic zone of the Krasnodar region. This caused increase of yield by 0.12–0.27 t/hа (4.2–9.5 %) and air-dried biomass by 0.22–0.35 t/hа (5.9–9.4 %), protein yield – by 47.5–108.4 kg/hа (5.0–11.5 %), oil yield – by 21.1–45.1 kg/hа (3.8–8.0 %). Key words: soybean, yield, yield quality, plant growth regulator, leached black soil.

Soybean as a protein sources can fill the needs of public’s food increasily but the production in this country is still low. Therefore, cultivation efforts are needed to improve the growth and development of soybean plants. Some factors that are sufficient to influence the plant growth process are nutrient supply, water availability, sunlight, air temperature, oxygen and growth regulators. Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) that can be used is moringa leaves as a source of cytokinins. Cytokinin serves stimulating cell division, postpone the process of aging plants, and spur growth budding. This study aims to determine the effect of giving plant growth organic made by moringa leaves with 2 control, which are negative control (0%) and positive control (cytokinin synthetic solution) and 3 treatment at concentration of P1 (10%), P2 (20%), P3 (30%) to increase the growth soy plants and to know the concentration optimally of any treatment given. This research using the completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatment and 5 replicate. The results were analyzed using the ANOVA test followed by the LSD/BNT test and the Duncan test. The results showed that the application of organic PGR made from Moringa leaves had a significant effect (P <0.05) on growth (plant height and number of leaves) and chlorophyll content in soybean plants had optimal concentrations at 30% concentration.     Keywords: moringa leaves, cytokinin, soybean plants, plant growth regulator.

An investigation was undertaken with a view to observing the performance of two heat-tolerant varieties of tomato under polytunnel with and without plant growth regulator application during the summer rainy season. The present study was laid out in a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. Two heat-tolerant tomato varieties Bangladesh Agriculture Research Institute (BARI) Tomato-4, and BARI Hybrid Tomato-4 with and without plant growth regulator applications were included in this experiment. The larger fruit set percentage (42.52%) was observed from BARI Hybrid Tomato-4 which was also larger in case of pollen viability (42.75%), the figure of fruits every cluster (3.01), figure of fruits every plant (12.70), and yield every plant (460 g). Better yield was showed in spraying of 4-CPA at 40 ppm concentration in respect of percent fruit set (45.38%), figure of fruits every plant (16.45), and yield (39.39 t/ha) under high-temperature condition. In integrate treatment, BARI Hybrid Tomato-4 with 40 ppm 4-CPA performed a significant role in the figure of fruits every cluster (3.41), figure of fruits every plant (22.48), figure of fruits every plot (144.00), yield every plant (621.68 g), yield every plot (15.23 kg) and above all fruit yield (50.57 t/ha). This indicates that there is a bright scope of tomato production during summer through with and without plant yield regulator application, though the application of plant growth regulator had a positive impact on tomato yield.

FloRunTM ‘331’ peanut variety was developed by the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, North Florida Research and Education Center near Marianna, Florida.  It was released in 2016 because it combines high yield potential with excellent disease tolerance. FloRunTM ‘331’ has a typical runner growth habit with a semi-prominent central stem and medium green foliage.  It has medium runner seed size with high oleic oil chemistry.
