Abstract Road preservation is a road handling activity starting from prevention, maintenance and repairs needed to maintain road conditions to function optimally to serve traffic. Preservation activities include routine maintenance work, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and widening to standards. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the indicators used in the implementation of road preservation activities based on the level of importance and satisfaction of the perceptions of stakeholders involved in road conservation activities in the West Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Agency. The indicators used in this study are structural indicators and functional indicators. The hole parameter in the structural indicator is an important parameter in the implementation in the implementation of preservation activities in the West Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center with the satisfaction level in handling of very satisfied.

This document explains and demonstrates how Korean women perceive their face image and its’ effects on cosmetic brand personality. Face image was measured by the level of face satisfaction and face importance. 600 Korean women aged 20-39 were subjects of this study. 5 Korean cosmetic brands and 5 imported cosmetic brands were selected to measure cosmetic brand personality. Korean women were satisfied with their eyes, eyebrows, and lips but their satisfaction level was very low on face skin. The level of importance on facial parts was significantly higher than satisfaction level. Face image of unmarried women in 20’s with high income and pin money were higher than married women in 30’s with low income and pin money. Factors of cosmetic brand personality were consisted of aesthetics, integrity, interests, capability, and audacity. Face satisfaction of Korean women affected on aesthetics, integrity, interests, capability, and audacity of cosmetic brand personality. Face importance affected on capability of cosmetic brand personality.

This paper reports on research into the required competencies of human resource development practitioners (HRD) in selected South African organizations.  The research identified the level of importance and of satisfaction with the main competencies amongst HRD practitioners. Data was gathered from a random sample of business establishments. Data analysis indicated, firstly the importance of various competencies and the present satisfaction level, and secondly the differences between groups of some biographical variables in terms of the average level of importance and satisfaction of competencies. The results obtained have definite implications in the field of HRD and for education and training programmes offered by tertiary education institutions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of the students at the University of Muhammadiyah Pontianak Savings products Syariah Mandiri Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Branch Pontianak. This study is a descriptive study, with the entire student population of the University of Muhammadiyah Pontianak ever open a savings account at Bank Syariah Mandiri Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Pontianak in 2013 was 2,225 people. Sampling using purposive sampling, which each faculty will be represented by 20 respondents, so the total respondents were 120 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and documents of the company. Research variable is the variable quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy), and tangibles (physical evidence / real). Analyzer used in this research is importance performance analysis using Cartesian diagram. The results of this study indicate level of the average consumer satisfaction obtained X = 4.73 and the average rate of interest is Y = 4.07 which means that the average level of customer satisfaction is above the level of importance so overall the respondents are satisfied with the quality of service services provided by the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Pontianak. While the overall attributes associated with the fifth dimension is defined satisfaction level is above derive maximum satisfaction level, which is satisfied, except for some attributes such as queuing system at Bank Syariah Mandiri regular and attributes There are a large parking area and regularly at Bank Syariah Mandiri.

This study is a study on the relationship between match management and the satisfaction level of athletes and football clubs in West Java in 2019. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between match management and the satisfaction level of athletes and clubs at PSSI West Java in 2019. The subject of this study is the players. and clubs that took part in the West Java competition in 2019. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a correlation research design. The sample in this study amounted to 66 people, including Persib, Kabomania, Galuh fc. As for the important points in the questionnaire distributed to the 3 clubs in West Java, related to the level of satisfaction of athletes and clubs with the management of football matches in West Java. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between match management and the satisfaction level of athletes and football clubs in West Java in 2019.

Approximately 60,000 tons per day of waste from taconite mining, tailing, are added to the west arm of Lake Superior at Silver Bay. Tailings contain nearly the same amount of quartz and amphibole asbestos, cummingtonite and actinolite in fibrous form. Cummingtonite fibres from 0.01μm in length have been found in the water supply for Minnesota municipalities.The purpose of the research work was to develop a method for asbestos fibre counts and identification in water and apply it for the enumeration of fibres in water samples collected(a) at various stations in Lake Superior at two depth: lm and at the bottom.(b) from various rivers in Lake Superior Drainage Basin.

In the West Nile District of Uganda lives a population of white rhino—those relies of a past age, cumbrous, gentle creatures despite their huge bulk—which estimates only 10 years ago, put at 500. But poachers live in the area, too, and official counts showed that white rhino were being reduced alarmingly. By 1959, they were believed to be diminished to 300.
