The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in vo2max and passing skills using small-sided games 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 exercises in soccer players. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the sample used is 51 football players in Trenggalek under-14 who were selected randomly, this research was carried out in Trenggalek district, namely the Siwalan field, Sumbergedong field, and Sumberagung field, the instrument in the study This study uses a multistage fitness test and a passing test in football, data analysis uses the Manova test. The results showed that there was a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 exercise group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to increase vo2max with a sig value. 0.031 < 0.05, and there is a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 practice group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to improve passing with a sig value of 0.027 < 0.05. It can be concluded that overall small-side game exercises 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 can increase vo2max and passing for football players.

The research objective was to determine whether the coaching program at PODSI Barito Kuala Regency was effective and following what was made in the coaching program. This type of research is an evaluation of the Countenance Stake model. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research with the evaluation of the Contenance Stake model from filling out the questionnaire showed that the antecedent component was obtained in the medium category, the transaction component was in the medium category, and the outcome component was in the moderate category, the results of interviews, observation and documentation of PODSI Barito Kuala Regency, in collaboration with the Provincial Dispora and Kemenpora in the form of PPLP and PPLPD, do not have a licensed rowing coaching coach, do not have a licensed referee, the facilities are still lacking. The program research recommendation is continued to need to increase the capacity of coaches, referees and improve facilities, infrastructure and special canals for rowing so that they become a medium for recreation for athletes and the implementation of rowing championships in the Barito Kuala district.

The purpose of this study was to determine the adequacy of fluids in the body during training for youth athletes of martial arts. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques were obtained from urine tests, interviews, and multiple choice questions on 10 athletes consisting of five male athletes and five female athletes of martial art with a maximum age criteria of 18 years. Data analysis techniques used mean, standard deviation, percentage, graph, normality, and different test Paired Sample T Test to find out the difference in the mean. Athletes' knowledge of hydration was in the moderate category and there was a significant difference (Sig. <0.05) in the average hydration before and after training by the Madiun Regency martial art athletes.

The covid-19 pandemic period caused activities and the need for recovery paralysis to be disrupted, in other studies not much has analyzed training activities and athletic recovery during the covid-19 pandemic. Motion outside this research use non-experimental quantitative research methods and is written descriptively. The data was obtained by filling out the Google Form filled in by 13 Paralympian respondents. The data were analyzed by calculating the percentage. Thes results are Paralympian with sleep recovery 86% with the category always score and exercise activity reaches a percentage rate of 74,9%, the frequency of exercise gets an average of 51,3% with the occasional category, the intensity of the exercise has an average number of 63,2% with the frequent category, and the duration of exercise has an average rate of 53,8% with occasional category. The conclusions are that when the covid-19 pandemic hit, with the government’s provisions that physical distancing does not limit the paralysis to carry out activities and carry out maximum recovery. The sleep to be the highest percentage of 86% with the always the data average reaches 73 which is the value of 81%-100%, that the exercise activity or anaerobic and aerobic exercise has an average number of 74,9 with the frequent category, the intensity of light-moderate exercise has an average number the average was 63,2 with the frequent category and the exercise duration had 30-45 minutes a day the mean score was 53,8 with the occasional category. Suggestion by staying consistent in doing exercise activities gradually.

Bio energy power (BEP) is an practice method that combines breathing and exercise to improve the quality of body cells for optimal body performance. Futsal is an aerobic game that requires oxygen in the formation of energy. Increased VO2Max will help the performance of futsal players. The purpose of this study to test the effectiveness of the BEP to the increase in VO2max futsal players beginners. This research is an experimental quantitative research. The study population was a beginner futsal players aged 10-12. The research sample used 30 futsal players. Signification test using paired t-test. The results of the research significance test showed that the t-count value was 14.807> t-table 1.699 (df = 29). It can be concluded that the BEP effectively improve endurance capacity (VO2max) futsal players beginners.

This study aims to develop a speed test for Gyaku Tsuki and Mawashi Geri kicks in Karate. This research is development research with steps that include potential problems, data, product design, design validation, revision design, product testing, product revision, trial use and product revision. The small scale trial was carried out on 10 Karateka who actively participate in the training at the PPLP Gorontalo Province. Meanwhile, a large-scale trial was conducted on 30 Karateka who took part in the training at the PPLP Gorontalo Province. The development research resulted in a valid and reliable form of test, so it was feasible to use it to measure the speed of the Gyaku Tsuki shot and the kick speed of Mawashi Geri.

This research is motivated by the fact about the lack of student grades in the practice of lay up in basketball lessons. The purpose of this research is to be able to improve the learning outcomes of basketball lay up basketball in class VII-8 students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciawi through the section method. The method used is a classroom action research method. The research subjects were students of class VII-8 Ciawi Public Middle School, which consisted of 14 male students and 18 female students, with a total of 32 students. The results of the research analysis showed that there was an increase in basketball lay-up technique skills in the VII-8 grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ciawi through the method section. In the first cycle, the percentage score for student observations was 71.8%, while in the second cycle the percentage score for student observations was 88.15%. This improvement is caused by each individual during the learning process using the section method to improve their basketball lay-up technique skills to students.

This study aims to determine how well the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based on Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study were all physical education teachers in Banyumas Regency, totaling 29 teachers, who were taken using the total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was in the "very poor" category of 0.00% (0 teachers), "less" of 51.72% (15 teachers), " enough "by 48.28% (14 teachers)," good "by 0.00% (0 teachers), and "Very good" by 0.00%. From these results, can be concluded that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was less category. This is certainly an evaluation so that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can be further improved so that learning objectives can be achieved properly.

Football is one of the major sports that contribute to the economic and social development of a community which requires effective organization. However, this study examined  impact of COVID-19 on the organization of professional football league in Nigeria. The objectives of this study were to: assess the relationship between a postponement of league and pay cut of wages of players on the organization of football league. The descriptive research design of survey type was used. The population comprised all registered players and sports administrators. A stratified and purposive sampling technique was used to select 100 respondents. Researcher-structured questionnaires were employed. The validity and reliability level of the instrument was through test re-test method using Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) and a co-efficient of 0.85r was obtained. The administration of the instrument was done by the researchers and research assistants. The data collected were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result of the findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between a postponement of league and pay cut of wages and organization of professional football league in Nigeria. The study concluded that the league management and NFF should meet with other stakeholders to brainstorm the modalities on the resumption of the league in Nigeria.

Public service is a government obligation in fulfilling the rights of every citizen. To facilitate the delivery of government services to the community, a public service model is needed. One of them in public service is sports. Of course, sports play an important role in the development of human life. Public sports facilities have played a very important role in promoting physical activity and participation in recreational sports activities. Therefore, there are significant efforts to continuously improve the image of recreational sports and to pursue the improvement of the service quality of public sports facilities. Several dimensions can be measured to determine service quality on customer satisfaction, including tangibility, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction who visits Saparua Sports Hall, Bandung City. This type of research is correlational and the method used is quantitative with an accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The overall result of the study is that there is a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction who visits Saparua Sports Hall.
