Abstract This study aims is to find the critical path which caused delay on the projects. Several factors which may affect to the delay are the weather, the lack of manpower, supply chain, equipment and so on. The research methodology was conducted to elaborate the causes are by using qualitative and quantitative researches. Over 35 respondents and 10 expert’s interviewee fill the questioner and were collected within two months. The result obtained is accelerated 3 paths from critical path method (CPM) then calculated the crashing program for each alternative. The alternative of acceleration applied are add the working hours in 4 (four) hours and 7 (seven) hours. In the end, the addition of 4 (four) hours could increase the workforce up to 25% of the total number of workers to get the value of accelerated finishing projects without ignoring the quality and quantity of them. Also, the additional labour is more beneficial in terms of costs they have relativity small number of working hours and would be more efficient.

In order to succeed Indonesia’s mission to provide 23.000 MegaWatt, the gas pipeline transmission has been built. The Project consists of many activities that related to each other, If one of the activities are having a problem that caused a delay, then the succeeding activities will get affected and could cause a project’s delay. To anticipate, it needs the acceleration of the project’s activity. In this case, the pipe transmission project would cause a 7 day delay. To accelerate it, this study gives the calculation, using “What If Analysis Method” on “Critical Path Method”. The acceleration actions are treated in accordance with providing extra working hours and the certain amount of manpower in the succeeding activities.

The project is an activity carried out to products or services that have specific scheduling. Scheduling is determined by the relationship between activities made very detailed and accurate. Therefore, the purpose of the final task is to know how to implement the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) in scheduling the project, which originally used the Bar Chart method with a duration of 140 days and resulted in a cost of Rp. 5.500.000.000. From the calculation result of this final task in using the CPM, the method generates a period of 105 days and provides cost after crashing in the labor increase of Rp. 5.568.464.052 and the increase in working hours (overtime) Rp. 5.603.725.490. While using the PERT method generates a period of 109 days and generates the cost after being crashing in the labor increase of Rp. 5.574.721.755 and the increase of working hours (overtime) of Rp.5.612.082.633 with a projected probability of reaching the target of 84 %. Has a comparison with the difference in cost of Rp. 6,257,703 in increased workforce and Rp. 8,357,143 other than working hours.

CV. ABP a construction company worked in infrastructure building development for private and goverment. Now CV. ABP is handling infrastructure development project of the acropolitan area (Right Payment) Sukaci - Baros Village. This project has been late for 19 days from the dead line 126 days. Therefore the cost is getting higher. It’s happened because bad management is the problem source. Restoring the project time need to be focused on the cost and the due date based on the schedule. Scheduling evaluation using Critical Path Method (CPM) and Crashing to find optimal results using Critical Path Method (CPM) can be found the critical paths activity, there are ground digging , bopflang installation, stone installation, agregrate B agrgregation , aggregate A flatting, rigit bavement work, and refining, when the time suppression obtained optimal time results from 126 days to 92 days. It taken an alternative to the addition of working hours with duration 92 day after the crashing. Using two alternatives, additional working hours and the addition of workforce, obtaining the difference of extra hours of work cost Rp 80.128.125 and labourcost increase Rp 55.260 from the regular cost.

We present results of our research, which has been aimed at understanding the experience, practice, and sexual life in women over 50 years of age. We studied a sample of 729 women of between 50 and 80 years of age. The research is part of qualitative feminist research methodology. Both qualitative and quantitative data have been collected through focus groups and a questionnaire drawn up by our research team. The results show the satisfaction of older women-of all ages-with their sex life and the importance of contextual and relational sexuality issues of women. Autoeroticism is the most established sexual practice in this group of older women and highlights who want to experience some changes in their current sex life around the desire for a more sensual and emotional sexuality, with a claim of more passionate and frequent relations. The data collected reveal a qualitative difference in the reality of sex over the age of 70.

In recent decades, the forest industry has been growingly expanded due to economic conditions, climate changes, environmental and energy policies, and intense demand changes. Thus, appropriate planning is required to improve this industry. To achieve economic, social and environmental goals, a supply chain network is designed based on a multi-period and multi-product Mixed-Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) model in which the objective is to maximize the profit, minimize detrimental environmental effects, improve social effects, and minimize the number of lost demands. In addition, to improve forest industry planning, strategic and tactical decisions have been implemented throughout the supply chain for all facilities, suppliers and machinery. These decisions significantly help to improve processes and product flows and to meet customers’ needs. In addition, because of the presence of uncertainty in some parameters, the proposed model was formulated and optimized under uncertainty using the hybrid robust possibilistic programming (HRPP-II) approach. The -constraint technique was used to solve the multi-objective model, and the Lagrangian relaxation (LR) method was utilized to solve the model of more complex dimensions. A case study in Northern Iran was conducted to assess the efficiency of the suggested approach. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was performed to determine the impact of important parameters on objective functions. The results of this study show that increasing the working hours of machines instead of increasing their number, increasing the capacity of some facilities instead of establishing new facilities and expanding the transport fleet has a significant impact on achieving predetermined goals.
