Using the energy consumption simulation software to research the HVAC in fall air conditioning mode, different building orientation and window-wall ratio of the office building energy consumption. The study found that the heating energy consumption, air-conditioning energy consumption and total energy consumption is gradually increased with the increase of the window-wall ratio under the same orientation. The result provides some reference for public buildings in setting of building orientation and window-wall ratio.

According to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) calculations, the architecture industry totally consumed 40% of the energy and 36% of CO2 emissions in world. The large public building with rapid floor area growth, high-energy consumption and huge potential for energy saving features, is a key area of energy conservation obviously. This paper researched the trend of low-carbon building construction and high building energy efficiency, the public building energy consumption and its carbon emissions effect. Moreover, consumption and carbon emission of different types of public building energy was analyzed. Estimation methods on public building energy consumption and carbon emission were summarized in the last part.

In the paper the energy consumption level model is established. The energy efficiency level of the enterprise is evaluated from three angles including the historical trend, the industry enterprise mean value and order of whole enterprise, and then grades are given for them. And the reasonable weight is given by synthesizing evaluation results of three angles, to get the comprehensive evaluation result. Then reasonable proposals are proposed for the enterprise based on the assessment results, which make the enterprise adjust energy-using behavior, to reduce the energy consumption and save electricity, and finally to provide decision-making basis for enterprise demand side response, saving energy and reducing consumption.

Considering that the disassembly performance of electromechanical products is determined by multi factors, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method research is carried out to solve the complex problem of disassembly analysis. The theoretical minimum parts number discrimination model, the disassembly time classification model and the disassembly cost calculation model are proposed in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation system for disassembly is constructed and the evaluation process is established at the angle of evaluation tools developing. Finally, a flywheel institution is evaluated by using the proposed method and the feasibility and practicality of this method is verified.
