This article revisits Grimshaw's (1990) tripartition of nominalization, which introduced an important correlation between particular types of nominalization and the readings associated with these nominal forms, Event and Referential. The article discusses criteria that may be used to distinguish between the two readings and the limitations of these criteria. It further offers a selective discussion of how different approaches to nominalization implement Event and Referential readings.

Maqashid as-shari'ah is a new trend in the legal istinbath that is undergoing development in the contemporary era. The development of the method of extracting the source of contemporary Islamic law is now considered more promising as using maqashid as-sharia. As a scientific discipline that is the development of fiqh and fiqh rules, maqashid as-shari'ah is now widely studied by experts in Islamic law more deeply. Benefit as the essence of maqashid as-shari'ah, has urgency in determining Islamic law. Because Islamic law is revealed has the purpose and purpose to realize the benefit of the people both in this world and in the Hereafter. Thus the study of maqashid as-shari'ah has a very important correlation in extracting the source of Islamic law, in other words that the excavation of Islamic law based on benefit still refers to the books of qawaid al-fiqhi and ushul al-fiqh. As for the way used by the scholars' in exploring the benefits there are three methods: bayani method (substantive analysis), qiyasi method (analogy analysis), and istishlahi method (benefit analysis)

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically the impact of COVID-19 pandemic news in USA and in China on the dynamic conditional correlation between Bitcoin and Gold. Design/methodology/approach This paper offers a crucial viewpoint to the predictive capacity of COVID-19 surprises and production pronouncements for the dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) among Bitcoin and Gold returns and volatilities using generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity-DCC-(1,1) through the period of study since July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. To assess the unexpected impact of COVID-19, this study pursues the Kuttner’s (2001) methodology. Findings The empirical findings indicate strong important correlation among Bitcoin and Gold if COVID-19 surprises are integrated in variance. This study validates the financialization hypothesis of Bitcoin and Gold. The correlation between Bitcoin and Gold begin to react significantly further in the case of COVID-19 surprises in USA than those in China. Originality/value This paper contributes to the literature on assessing the impact of COVID-19 confirmed cases surprises on the correlation between Bitcoin and Gold. This paper gives for the first time an approach to capture the COVID-19 surprise component. Also, this study helps to improve financial backers and policymakers' comprehension of the digital currencies' market elements, particularly in the hours of amazingly unpleasant and inconspicuous occasions.

Experimental pancreatic carcinoma induced in Golden Syrian Hamsters by subcutaneous injections of N-nitrosobis-(2-oxopropyl) amine (BOP) was studied during the different phases of its development by determination of serum CA 19-9 levels and tissue labeling with CA 19-9 TM. Significant differences were observed in the CA 19-9 values between the controls and animals with carcinoma (p < 0.01) and between the latter and animals with cystic or cystic papillary lesions (p < 0.01). Distribution of the deposits of CA 19-9 TM was different in the initial tumoral lesions and in the longer-developed tumors. An important correlation was observed between tissue deposits and serum levels of this tumor marker.

The competitive environment forces producers in agricultural machine industry to decrease the costs. Producers as well as sub-suppliers need to find possible savings. The paper presents results of laboratory experiments with real journal bearings made of bimetallic alloy performed to find out possible replacement of a rolling bearing by a journal bearing. An important correlation between the results of laboratory experiments with a model of tribological system and the real journal node can be achieved by a maximum approach of simulation features by real running conditions. Thus, the given experiment conditions result from the chosen application, i.e. a steering servo unit in mobile machines. The experiments were performed on the Tribotestor M'06'' testing machine.

A national multicentre controlled trial (ARIS) to determine the effect of sulfinpyrazone (S) (400 mg twice a day) on m.i. recurrence and cardiac death prevention is now in its 3rd year. Admission of new pts terminates on June 30, 1979. Various platelet (pi) and coagulatory parameters are measured in a randomised series of 175 pts at trial entry (10-20 days after m.i. episode) and at various times during treatment with S or placebo. This has provided the opportunity of comparing (factorial ANOVA analysis for unbalanced groups) basal results in m.i. pts and in 45 normal matching controls: no difference in pl count, pl retention and PTT; m.i. pts had significantly shorter bleeding time (146. 99±80,47 vs 264.11±112.98 sec), heparin thrombin clotting time (HTCT) (29. 97 + 16,47 vs 36,31±11.31), and significant increase of fibrinogenemia (339.85±179.94 vs 237. 85 + 35.77 mg%) and PF4 release (37.30±15.13 is 28.00 ± 12.3.4 U/ml). ADP (0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 μM) produced pi aggregation curves in m. i. pts showing significantly increased 1 st wave slope with 0.2 μM and maximal extent at 0. 2 and 0.4 μM: significantly higher frequency of 2nd wave at 0.4 and 0.8 μM, Collagen (1.25, 2.5 and 5 μg) produced pl aggregation curves with significantly reduced lag period at 2.5 μg, steeper slope and higher maximal aggregation at 1.25 and 5 μg. The only important correlation (inverse) was between HTCT and PF4 release in the m.i. group.
