ABSTRACT: FACTORS AFFECTING BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS IN RW 03 KELURAHAN JAGAKARSA SOUTH JAKARTA Introduction: Blood pressure control is controlling blood pressure with systolic <140 mmHg and diastolic <90 mmHg. Controlling blood pressure in people with hypertension can be done by losing weight, exercising, adjusting a low-salt diet, improving unhealthy lifestyles, and pharmacological therapy. Blood pressure control is influenced by several factors, such as attitudes, knowledge, family support, and medication adherence. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence blood pressure control in hypertension sufferers in RW 03 Jagakarsa Village, South Jakarta. Methods: The research design used was descriptive-analytic with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples involved were 42 respondents using the Z formula. The results of the study used Chi-Square statistical test analysis. Results: The results of this study obtained factors related to controlling blood pressure in patients with hypertension, namely attitude (p-value = 0.047), knowledge (p-value = 0.040), family support (p-value = 0.025), and medication. compliance (p-value = 0.040).Conclusion: Suggestions from this study are health services, especially in the community, to find out the factors that influence blood pressure control in hypertension sufferers, one of which can be overcome by developing health education programs for the community, both at the puskesmas and at the posyandu. Thus, blood pressure control can be carried out optimally for a better life. Keywords: Hypertension, Blood Pressure Control, Attitude, Knowledge  INTISARI: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGONTROLAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENDI DI RW 03 KELURAHAN JAGAKARSA JAKARTA SELATAN Pendahuluan: Pengontrolan tekanan darah merupakan tekanan darah yang terkontrol dengan sistole <140 mmHg dan diastole <90 mmHg. pengontrolan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan cara penurunan berat badan, olahraga, pengaturan diet rendah garam, memperbaiki gaya hidup yang kurang sehat, dan terapi farmakologis.

BACKGROUND: Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is a genetic disease with clinical manifestations in patients' bones. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the compliance of bisphosphonate in patients with OI. METHODS: A cross-sectional analysis method was conducted and data were obtained from questionnaires answered by OI patients that received bisphosphonate. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using chi-square. RESULTS: There were 121 OI patients, age range 0-5 years (62%). Almost all patients have insurance from national health (BPJS). In this study, the average treatment compliance was 81.7%, and patients were reported to have good medication compliance of ≥80% of the treatment cycle, which was shown in 65 patients (53.7%). However, there is a relationship between parent education and treatment compliance (P = 0.046). DISCUSSION: It is a measurement of behavior related to treatment recommendations by medical professionals. On the contrary, the level of non-compliance patients with chronic disease to treatment is quite high. CONCLUSION: Good treatment compliance describes when the patient performs ≥80% of its cycle. Factors affecting it are the condition of the patient and the location of health services. Therefore, there is a relationship between compliance with the number of treatment cycles.

In 2018, Karangsono Village is village with the highest number of medication incompliance by hypertension patients at productive age reaching 70,7% compared to other 8 villages in Tebon Health Center working area. This research for to analyze factors affecting the medication compliance of hypertension patients at productive age and factor which affects the medication compliance the most. This research was done through case control design with the research samples included 58 chosen using simple random sampling. The data was then analyzed using chi-square statistical test and logistic regression statistic. Results : Through the analysis using logistic regression test, it shows that the factors affecting the medication compliance by the hypertension patients at productive age in Karangsono Village, Barat Sub-District were working status (p=0.000), family support (p=0.001), and the length of time of the hypertension suffering (p=0.016).Conclusion : Among those factors, working status is the factor which affects the medication compliance the most (p=0.000; Exp(B)=9.9; 95%CI=2.379-36.505). The hypertension medication compliance therapy needs to be improved by providing drug hypertension card independently, while for the patients who can visit the public health center, they were suggested to join the posbindu.

In our initial publication on this subject1) we reported results demonstrating that contrast is the most important factor in producing the high image quality required for reliable image analysis. We also listed the factors which enhance contrast in order of the experimentally determined magnitude of their effect. The two most powerful factors affecting image contrast attainable with sheet film are beam intensity and KV. At that time we had only qualitative evidence for the ranking of enhancing factors. Later we carried out the densitometric measurements which led to the results outlined below.Meaningful evaluations of the cause-effect relationships among the considerable number of variables in preparing EM negatives depend on doing things in a systematic way, varying only one parameter at a time. Unless otherwise noted, we adhered to the following procedure evolved during our comprehensive study:Philips EM-300; 30μ objective aperature; magnification 7000- 12000X, exposure time 1 second, anti-contamination device operating.

Processing polymers from the liquid crystalline state offers several advantages compared to processing from conventional fluids. These include: better axial strength and stiffness in fibers, better planar orientation in films, lower viscosity during processing, low solidification shrinkage of injection moldings (thermotropic processing), and low thermal expansion coefficients. However, the compressive strength of the solid is disappointing. Previous efforts to improve this property have focussed on synthesizing stiffer molecules. The effect of microstructural scale has been overlooked, even though its relevance to the mechanical and physical properties of more traditional materials is well established. By analogy with the behavior of metals and ceramics, one would expect a fine microstructure (i..e. a high density of orientational defects) to be desirable. Also, because much microstructural detail in liquid crystalline polymers occurs on a scale close to the wavelength of light, light is scattered on passing through these materials.
