The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

The Six Sigma methodology has become a frequently used term in discussions regarding quality management and it is considered to be an important management philosophy, which supports organizations in their efforts to obtain satisfied customers. In this study, we proposed Six Sigma methodology to improve the Job Performance in the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in Saudi Arabia. We focus on three dimensions in our study; first: preparations for the application of the Six Sigma methodology in TVTC, second: the application requirements of Six Sigma methodology, and third: the application of the Six Sigma methods affects Improve Job performance in TVTC. Since the neural of Six Sigma methodology depends on the mediator statistical analysis, we suggest using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed Six Sigma model in TVTC. From SEM results, we find that the Six Sigma preparations have a significant effect on the application requirements and that the application requirements have a significant effect on the Job performance in TVTC. Based on that, we recommend using the Six Sigma methodology in TVTC to improve the performance of these corporations.

This study has explored the role of Innovation and productivity as mediating factors between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm’s Performance relationship. The objectives of this study are to build and test a theoretical model to identify the mediating factors in the linkage between CSR and performance. The theoretical model (CIPP Model) is deduced using strategic paradigm of literature. It consists of CSR, Innovation, Productivity, and Performance dimensions. Furthermore, several hypotheses were generated to examine the model. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed to test the model using data from CSR practicing firms 197 from Saudi Arabia. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) is performed followed by Structural Equation Modeling to examine the model. The results generally support the hypothesized model with research and managerial implications. The mediation of Innovation along with productivity in CSR linkage to performance isa major contribution to the literature, which may help to explore the black box in the relationship of CSR with performance. Besides proving the business case for the CSR in general, it also advocates the adoption of CSR practices by firms and MNEs operating in the developing countries, as it may enhance innovation and productivity leading to their increased financial performance. This model would be practical and useful for business managers that seek a competitive solution for succeeding in a business crisis and work in the settings of international business.
