Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari gender orientation terhadap kepuasan karir yang dimediasi oleh adaptabilitas karir dan psychological capital. Model penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel eksogen, dua variabel mediasi, dan satu variabel endogen. Total hipotesis yang diajukan sebanyaak tujuh hipotesis. Model penelitian sudah diuji dengan tingkat normalitas, linearitas yang menunjukkan hasil berada di sig. < 0.05 sehingga dinyatakan normal dengan memiliki tingkat linearitas yang baik. Model juga diuji multikorelasionaitasnya dan menunjukkan VIF lebih kecil dari 10, sehingga menunjukkan hasil yang fit untuk diuji. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 210 responden dengan rentang usia 23-39 tahun dan sekarang merupakan karyawan perusahaan jasa yang sebelumnya sudah pernah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa gender orientation, psychological capital, dan adaptabilitas karir memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan karir, namum adaptabilitas karir dan psychological capital tidak mampu memediasi peranan gender orientation terhadap kepuasan karir.

Abstract The development of peer-to-peer lodging begins with the presence of Airbnb in 2008 which is connected in 192 countries and served 60 million travelers worldwide. The presence of Airbnb has led to several similar business models, namely the network orchestrator. In Indonesia, network orchestrator x appeared in 2015 with a business model similar to a hotel, but assets in the form of buildings and their contents are owned by partners/third people. Network orchestrator x provides an application system integrated with a smartphone. In this study the questionnaire was distributed to 401 respondents and the number that could be used was 226 questionnaires. This research was conducted by adding two variables to the existing research model which is tangible and intangible variables. Based on the research, factors that significantly affect customer satisfaction are product performance risk, room and bathroom size, staff's helpfulness, accuracy of service, personal attention, and customer satisfaction also significantly influence repurchase intention.

This article examines perceptions of the country of origin, perceived quality, and brand image of Chinese household appliance products on product purchasing decisions by Indonesian consumers mediated by consumer perceptions of prices. A total of 402 respondents who had purchased home appliances from China filled out questionnaires related to their perceptions of the products studied, and these perceptions were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The analysis results show that perceptions of the country of origin, perceived quality, and brand image have a positive and significant relationship to consumer decisions in buying household brand products from China in Indonesia. Perceptions of price mediate the relationship between country of origin, perceived quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions with positive associations. This study provides new insights into the relationship between country of origin, perceived quality, brand image, and price on product purchasing decisions from China in Indonesia, where both countries are developing countries. The study offers managerial implication on the importance of home appliance manufacturers from China to maintain affordable prices in the Indonesian market.

Selain karakteristrik pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja karyawan juga ditentukan budaya kerja yang terjadi dalam internal BKM. Budaya kerja di BKM ditujukan menciptakan nilai berlaku jujur, saling menghormati, bertanggung jawab, saling percaya,  menumbuhkan inovasi dan kreativitas karyawan untuk kenyamanan anggota, setia kawan, disiplin dan kekeluargaan. Perkembangan BKM saat ini terdorong adanya budaya kerja namun dalam perjalanannya, kestabilan karyawan menimbulkan dampak balik terhadap budaya kerja yang dapat berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan variabel moderator budaya kerja pada BKM di Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 orang karyawan dari 29 BKM di Kota Probolinggo. Analisis data dengan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dengan variabel moderator budaya kerja pada Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat (BKM) Di Kota Probolinggo.

This research analyzed career women performance at manufacturing industries. Researchers used quantitative and qualitative methods. There were 200 career women in manufacturing industries around Bekasi joined as respondents in this research and filled the questionnaire given. Data was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Researchers also interviewed representative respondents in order to get respondent perspective about work life balance, family conflict and quality of work life.  This research found that work life balance, family conflict, and quality of work life have significant influence towards career women performance on manufacturing industries around Bekasi.

This research aim to examine the affects of price bundling, product bundling on purchase intention and complementary product as moderating variable in convenience store. Sample was taken with purposive method as much 160 sample in questionnaire survey with closed question and 5-point likert scale. the collected data was processed using SmartPLS02. As the result of hyphoteis test are H1 accepted, which means that the price bundling variable has a significant on purchase intention. H2 is accepted, which means product bundling variable has a significant on purchase intention. H3 is accepted, which means complementary product has moderating effect on on relationship of price bundling to purchase intention. H4 is rejected, which means complementary product can’t be moderating variable on relationship of product bundling to purchase intention. Based on the result, price bundling and product bundling has a signinficant effect on purchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement and commitment to the performance of generation y employees at BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency. The population in this study were employees of Bank BRI Wonosobo which were categorized as Generation Y (ages 18-38 years). The method applied in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the test and data analysis, employee engagement and employee commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide input for BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

This study aims to determine the influence of Job-Leisure Conflict on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as Mediator at PT Hanindo Express Utama. The population of the study is 58 employees with 51 employee’s sample. The analytical method used is The Simple Mediation Model. From this research Job Satisfaction mediate the influence of Job Leisure Conflict on Turnover Intention. Job-Leisure Conflict cannot directly influence Turnover Intention.

This study aims to find out the description of students' entreprenership interests and the factors that influence them. Factors studied are motivation, education and family environment. The study was conducted on STIE Bank BPD Central Java students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained 90 samples. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using regression techniques. The test results found that partially the entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Simultaneous testing shows that entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurial education and family environment together have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Efforts to increase entrepreneurship intention can be done by increasing entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurship education.
