With the improvement of precision in various fields, we present a new method for the measurement of the absolute distance of a remote target based on the laser interferometry technique. In this paper, we obtain the interference fringes change information (the distance information) with the help of laser scanning with different frequency. It does not require the target to move in the direction of measurement. We have done experiments to compare this new methods results with the results of RENISHAW interferometer. Its improved that the accuracy of distance measurement is 10-4~10-5 relatively.

This Paper presents improvement and extension of previous methodology about timing steganography based on network steganography. The previous article uses time interval between two successive transmissions mixed with cryptography prior to hiding. However this improvement tend to extend and provide new methods based on time format such as hours, minutes, second, millisecond and Nanosecond etc. It further examine how to handle effect of different time zone and high precision timing for ultrafast timing such as millisecond, Nanoseconds, picosecond, femtosecond which human action is too slow for perfect timing. In addition, the extension based on TCP-IP status codes where each elements of set of status code are index and the index represents certain numeric of combination for hiding. Finally, the cryptography method is improved and extended to series based cryptography with any defined number of different cryptographic methods combined altogether with multiple keys generated dynamically. The methods for both cryptography and steganography was integrated and each module carefully tested for their feasibility and appropriate analysis, comparisons is presented too.<br>

AbstractIn the present study we had three main aims. First to study the possibility of reducing the initial model atmosphere data to short analytical polynomials. The second was to use as the depth variable the logarithm of the local gas pressure instead the Rosseland mean. The third aim was to check the applicability of the derived formulae and proposed computation methods to obtain high precision self-consistent results in modeling hot plane-parallel stellar atmospheres. Introducing the dimensionless (reduced) local quantities

The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of destructive effects on the main channels of various types of semi-active laser homing heads of high-precision ammunition. Recommendations concerning characteristics of promising intended interference were confirmed experimentally. They make it possible to determine new methods of influence on laser guidance systems for high-precision ammunition and to expand the capabilities of electronic warfare devices when protecting stationary objects

Engineering and geodetic examination is a part of the construction and reconstruction in major construction workprojects. Such kind of examination is implemented with the usage of special geodetic equipment or instruments such as  high-precision optical-mechanical: theodolites and levels,  high-precision optoelectronic,  precise and technical optical-mechanical and mechanical,  precise and technical with a digital device. Nowadays it’s more widespread to use navigational equipment of utilitarian purpose, which simplify this processand provides the most accurate engineering and geodetic examining. This article describes an example of how this kind of equipment can be used for engineering and geodetic examinationin order to prepare project documentation for residential buildings.

The paper describes high-precision contactless optical devices for measuring small linear and angular displacements of the surfaces of control objects based on modern laser technologies and new methods of optical interferometry. A new scientific-based technical solution has been proposed, which allows one to provide continuous protection against the influence of external mechanical loading in the measurement process. The proposed technical solutions are successfully used to solve actual scientific and industrial problems and can also be successfully used to control the quality of structural materials and diagnostics of the state of goods under operating conditions in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, aircraft construction, etc.
