The rotation accuracy of the machine spindle is an important accuracy index, and has numerous influence factors. According to the structure characteristic of the spindle system, an integrated model of the spindle rotation error is established in this paper. By this model, the impact law and cumulative effect of various error sources on spindle rotation accuracy can be analyzed. Taking the lathe spindles as an example, the modeling and analysis method for spindle error are introduced. Visualization of spindle center track is achieved by programming.

Factors that influence the ability of independent innovation of scientific and technological enterprises mainly from inside and outside the enterprise. From the perspective of the enterprise's internal operations and external environment influences, through combinating business interviews and studying on related work, twelve concept generics influencing the ability enhancement of independent innovation for scientific and technological enterprises were established. Through analyzing content validity and project analysis, test items of the twelve concept generics were put forward. Sampling data was collected by using questionnaires. Construction validity and internal consistency reliability of the questionnaires were inspected. The factors composition influencing the ability enhancement of independent innovation of scientific and technological enterprises was analysed via applying the factor analysis method. The influence factors include innovation method and technology ability, efficient use of internal and external resources, policy and service environment, manufacture and profitability, system and talent management.

In order to accurately simulate the combined action of rainfall, high temperature and sunshine effect on asphalt mixture, the experiment of water-temperature-radiation circulation was designed. The changes of air void, split tensile strength, freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength and dynamic stability were quantitatively analyzed under the condition of different asphalt-aggregate ratio and different striking times during water-temperature-radiation cycle. Grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the influence factors of the four parameters mentioned above, and comprehensive correlation was put forward to evaluate the influence factors of mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. It is proven that, the cycle index of water-temperature-radiation is the main factor. The striking times and asphalt-aggregate ratio influence mechanical properties of asphalt mixture less than the cycle index, and the initial void influences least.

Landing safety is a hot issue in civil aviation safety management. In order to fully mine the influence factors of hard landing in flight data and effectively predict the risk of hard landing, the random forest algorithm was introduced. Firstly, this paper qualitatively analyzed the influence factors of hard landing, and chose the features of the model based on the flight data. Secondly, this paper gives a quantitative analysis method of the importance of features based on Gini index. Finally, for the dataset of hard landing was class-imbalanced, the model was training based on SMOTE method. Then, the random forests classifier was built and verified by real flight data. The results showed that the recall rate of the model was 85.50%. The model can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of hard landing, but also provide a method reference for airlines to apply data mining to improve the ability of flight events management.
