Based on the improvements of the fabrication technologies, the dimension of the device has decreased to tens of nanometer. The nano-technology has become intriguing to integrate semiconductor technologies into bio-related applications. As the consequence, silicon nanowires (Si NWs) have been proposed to detect proteins, DNA, virus, and ions etc. However, few of previous studies consider the possibility to merge with CMOS standard process. In this work, we announced CMOS compatible technique which is used to develop polysilicon nanowire field effect transistor (poly-Si NW FET) as a chemical sensor to address this issue.

Tujuan penelitian, diantaranya menguraikan bagaimana pelaksanaan standar proses, menganalisis seberapa tingkat kesenjangannya dan merancang bagaimana solusi permasalahan terkait kesenjangan pelaksanan standar proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Aspek dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) perencanaan pembelajaran; (b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (c) penilaian hasil belajar; (d) pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulaan data, yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria tidak senjang, artinya pada kegiatan perencanaan tidak banyak guru yang mengabaikan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Permendikbud No. 65 tahun 2013. Hasil analisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria cukup senjang, artinya standar proses yang ditetapkan belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan penilaian masih diperoleh hasil cukup senjang, artinya masih terdapat ketentuan yang belum diterapkan. Hasil analisis pada komponen pengawasan memberikan kesimpulan jika masih terdapat kepala sekolah yang tidak menjalankan fungsinya sebagai pengawas internal.Therefore, the aims of study are to investigate the implementation of the standard process, analyze the discrepancy rate and design the solution toward the issue of discrepancy. This research uses the quantitative descriptive approach. There are several aspects investigated; (a) lesson plan, (b) learning process, (c) evaluation of learning result, and (d) headmasters control. To collect the data, the methods of observation, interview, and documentation are used. The result is explained in form of criteria. It is no discrepancy for lesson plans, means that most of the lesson plans are in accord with the Basic Principles issued by Ministry of Education and Culture Number 65 in 2013. The learning process has a quite discrepancy rate, means the standard process is incompletely applied; so does the evaluation which ignores several principles to apply. It is also noted that some headmasters ignore their function as an internal supervisor. To sum up, the discrepancy issue needs further concrete solution.

<strong> </strong>Bagian pemasaran bank sudah menampung data dari nasabah atau pelanggan bank dengan cara memasarkan atau mensosialisasikan kartu kredit lewat telepon (telemarketing). Evaluasi telemarketing kartu kredit yang sudah dilakukan bank masih kurang membawa hasil dan berdaya guna. Salah satu cara yang tepat untuk evaluasi laporan telemarketing kartu kredit bank adalah menggunakan teknik data mining. Tujuan penggunaan data mining untuk mengetahui kecenderungan dan pola nasabah yang berpeluang untuk berlangganan kartu kredit yang ditawarkan bank. Metode penelitian menggunakan Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) dengan Algoritma Genetika untuk Seleksi Fitur (GAFS) dan Naive Bayes (NB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah atribut pada dataset telemarketing kartu kredit bank sejumlah 15 atribut terdiri dari 14 atribut biasa dan 1 atribut spesial. Dataset telemarketing bank mengandung data berdimensi tinggi, sehingga diterapkan metode GAFS. Setelah menerapkan metode GAFS diperoleh 7 atribut optimal terdiri dari 6 atribut biasa dan 1 atribut spesial. Enam atribut biasa meliputi pekerjaan, balance, rumah, pinjaman, durasi, poutcome. Sedangkan atribut spesial adalah target. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan algoritma NB mempunyai nilai akurasi <em>86,71</em>%. Algoritma GAFS dan NB meningkatkan nilai akurasi menjadi <em>90,27</em>% untuk prediksi nasabah bank yang mengambil kartu kredit.

Lead detection for biological environments, aqueous resources, and medicinal compounds, rely mainly on either utilizing bulky lab equipment such as ICP-OES or ready-made sensors, which are based on colorimetry with some limitations including selectivity and low interference. Remote, rapid and efficient detection of heavy metals in aqueous solutions at ppm and sub-ppm levels have faced significant challenges that requires novel compounds with such ability. Here, a UiO-66(Zr) metal-organic framework (MOF) functionalized with SO3H group (SO3H-UiO-66(Zr)) is deposited on the end-face of an optical fiber to detect lead cations (Pb2+) in water at 25.2, 43.5 and 64.0 ppm levels. The SO3H-UiO-66(Zr) system provides a Fabry–Perot sensor by which the lead ions are detected rapidly (milliseconds) at 25.2 ppm aqueous solution reflecting in the wavelength shifts in interference spectrum. The proposed removal mechanism is based on the adsorption of [Pb(OH2)6]2+ in water on SO3H-UiO-66(Zr) due to a strong affinity between functionalized MOF and lead. This is the first work that advances a multi-purpose optical fiber-coated functional MOF as an on-site remote chemical sensor for rapid detection of lead cations at extremely low concentrations in an aqueous system.
