The aim of the study is to study the structure and dynamics of changes in the labor motivation of medical workers at the stages of professional activity and to suggest ways to improve the labor motivation management system in a medical organization. Results. Based on the theoretical conclusions and the research conducted, recommendations were developed to improve the system for managing the labor motivation of the personnel of a medical organization, which, on the one hand, take into account the features of the motivational complex specific to each group of medical workers, and on the other hand, changes in the structure of motivation that occur as the acquisition of professional experience by specialists. Conclusion. The study showed that as medical workers accumulate work experience, their motivational spectrum shifts towards external motives, thus, their internal motivation decreases.

The aim of the study is to study and analyze the development of the personality of a nurse-head of the pediatric service. Results. An analysis of the moral and business qualities of nursing service leaders allowed us to summarize the research results and determine the main directions — a constant increase in the level of professional activity, the desire for further creative growth, the development of the latest technologies. Conclusion. This study made it possible to analyze and evaluate the quality and level of activity of the children’s polyclinic, its staff, the level of personality development of the head of the nursing service from the standpoint of senior and middle medical personnel, and revealed patterns in the formation of management activities.

Heads of nursing services with underdeveloped professional and leadership qualities are unable to lead staff and train others. Conclusion. This work shows the uniqueness and importance of the development of the personality of the nurse-leader, her abilities as criteria for professional and career growth; also, an attempt is made to highlight the character traits and principles of work that make management successful and effective.

The aim of the study is to determine the value-motivational orientations of nurses. Results. Assessment of the effectiveness of nursing staff motivation management includes two types of assessment: assessment of economic efficiency (productivity, cost, profitability, quality of personnel labor) and assessment of social performance (commitment of personnel to their company, attitude of employees to work with high returns in its interests, degree of satisfaction basic needs of workers). Conclusion. Nowadays, social efficiency, the commitment of nurses to the organization in which they work, is of particular importance. The proposed means of motivation will support the socio-psychological climate in the team and increase the commitment of employees to the organization.

The aim of the study is to improve the quality of nursing care for patients in the trauma department by developing a standard. Results. High physical activity, performance of unusual functions, lack of psychological knowledge are priority problems, the solution of which will improve the quality of nursing care. Conclusion. The lack of standards for nursing in the care of patients with trauma pathology in the literature has prompted the development of an exemplary standard for nursing care for patients with a femoral fracture. It is this category of patients that is distinguished by a high need for medical assistance and care.

The aim of the study is to optimize the adaptation process of nursing specialists of the city hospital. Results. The special literature on the methods of managing the adaptation process of the employees admitted to the organization, the existing system of labor adaptation of the nursing staff of the city hospital; the influence of mentoring as a method of professional adaptation of young specialists in new working conditions, influencing the results of their professional activities, has been established; the factors influencing the socio-psychological adaptation of new nursing specialists are analyzed; formulated practical recommendations for improving the system of labor adaptation of the nursing staff of the city hospital. Conclusion. The sisters of the leaders are directly responsible for the development and improvement of the professional thinking of employees. Their actions should be aimed at maintaining and improving the quality of professional skills necessary for successful work in the present and in the future. The hospital should introduce a new method of drawing up individual work adaptation programs that should meet the needs of each new employee. The path to professionalism goes through the awareness of the need, the importance of improving their knowledge and skills, gaining experience.

The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the opinions of employees about professional safety in order to identify problems and implement measures to improve the working conditions of nursing professionals. Results. The main problem in solving the issues of safe work of nursing personnel remains: insufficiently equipped workplace of a specialist, insufficient wages, the influence of chemicals, carrying heavy loads, exposure to radiation, contact with infections, psychotraumatic factors, etc. Conclusion. Senior nurses and department heads carry out activities to facilitate or improve the working conditions of nurses. Create, as far as possible, comfortable conditions for the work and rest of nurses. They also oversee workplace safety compliance. The proof is the absence of cases of industrial injuries.
