The study deals with the energy-saving process of hot open die elongation forging of heavy steel forgings on an 80 MN industrial hydraulic forging press. Three innovative energy-saving power supply solutions useful for industrial hydraulic forging presses were analyzsed. The energy-saving power supply of hydraulic forging presses consists in reducing electricity consumption by the electric motor driving the pumps, reducing the noise emitted by pumps and reducing leaks in hydraulic piston cylinders. The predicted forging force as a function of heavy steel forging heights for various deformation temperatures and strain rates was determined. A simulation model of the 80 MN hydraulic forging press is presented, which is useful for determining the time-varying parameters during the forging process. An energy-saving control for the hydraulic forging press based on the forging process parameters’ prediction has been developed. Real-time model predictive control (MPC) was developed based on multiple inputs multiple outputs (MIMO), and global predictive control (GPC). The GPC has been implemented in the control system of an 80 MN industrial hydraulic forging press. The main advantage of this control system is the repeatability of the forging process and minimization of the size deviation of heavy large steel forgings

The Ball Mill System (BMS) is a strongly coupled MIMO system,in order to implement a long-term automatic operation of the BMS effectively,and improve the automation level and efficiency, the paper present the overall design of the system,the control system is composed of Siemens SIMATIC S7-400PLCS7-200PLC,the PROFIBUS DP protocol and MPI protocol are both employed to setup a DCS networking.This control system has been running steadily and efficiently and the operation record showed that a satisfying control result is obtained.InroductionBall mill system is an important link in the modern industrial production,its the main boiler auxiliary equipment.Its work directly affecting the operation of the boiler, the system in the chemical plant, thermal power plant, ore mining and smelting has a wide range of applications, and ball mill system is a large power consumption. The Electricity consumption accounted for factorys power 15%~25%. Safe and economical operation of ball mill system not only directly affects the security and reliability of the generator at the plant and also is the important way of energy saving and consumption reducing[.

Commercial means of automatic control system of electricity metering, as is known, are installed on the input switchgear and measure the power consumption of all electrical consumers of this metering facility. Such data do not give a complete picture of electricity consumption on each floor of the metering facility, which in turn does not allow the implementation of energy saving measures. Also, these metering systems for electricity metering have a high cost. The article proposes a method of data processing and transmission to the server with their subsequent analysis of power consumption on each floor of the object under study using the ARDUINO microcontroller. Such an accounting system has a lower cost than an automatic control system of electricity metering industrial production. The article presents the scheme of implementation and types of current and voltage sensors. The topology of the measuring complex is also considered in the article. Such a topology can expand and keep not only the general account of a concrete floor, but also in the generality of each educational audience separately. Collecting such data on electricity consumption, it is possible to conduct a qualitative analysis of rational electricity consumption in the educational process, it means that for example in sufficient natural light artificial lighting in the classroom does not need to be used, or after laboratory tasks in a computer class, computers there is still some time. The introduction of energy-saving housing is performed due to the comparative characteristics of the power of gadgets, laboratory stands, etc. with the number of students in the group in accordance with the approved educational process. The algorithm of data processing, analysis of rational use of electric energy and comparative characteristics are implemented on the university server.

This work deals with the provision of underground, as one of the main modes of public transport, with automated control systems, in particular the provision of automated train management. It defines that the underground is one of the most progressive modes of transport, which is related to its environmental safety, comfort, and speed of movement, as this mode of transport does not intersect with other transport and pedestrian routes, which excludes traffic blocks. Underground is an important element of urbanized spaces, for it serves large passenger traffic. The article presents an algorithm for the creation of an automated control system for the underground train system. Based on this algorithm, a model of building an organizational and economic mechanism for automation of control systems has been developed. The diagram of organizational and technical implementation of the automated system of underground train management is presented. An economic analysis of the effectiveness of the application of the automated control system of underground trains was carried out. The recoupment on the acquisition and installation of automation systems is very high. The application of the automated system will increase the capacity of the underground by optimizing the traffic schedules, which will contribute to increasing its profitability. It is also useful to determine the reduction of electricity consumption due to the change in the dynamics of acceleration and braking systems, which is important, as the underground is a powerful enterprise. In the future, a promising direction is to streamline the coordination of train schedules and other modes of land public transport.

To response the call of “constructing an economical society” and saving electricity consumption of public places, this paper designs an automatic control system of lumination in public places based on time, lighting intensity and personal distribution etc. It’s in low price that it is equivalent to a manual switch. Moreover, it’s low energy consumption, with steady performance, convenient installation without changing original line.

Konsumsi energi listrik khususnya oleh pelanggan di Indonesia semakin tahun mengalami peningkatan. Sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah ini, kami telah menerapkan sistem pengontrolan ON/OFF, intensitas dan durasi lampu penerangan untuk diaplikasikan menyerupai sistem Smart Home secara otomatis. Sistem SCADA sederhana telah dibuat untuk mengendalikan beban lampu dan memonitoring konsumsi daya yang digunakan di rumah tangga, dengan demikian penghematan pemakaian daya listrik dapat dilakukan dengan lebih maksimal.Pengurangan konsumsi energi paling besar didapatkan dari penjadwalan ON/OFF lampu penerangan, pengaturan otomatis intensitas lampu dari umpan balik sensor cahaya dan pengaturan durasi penyalaan lampu sesuai dengan penggunaan jenis beban yang dikehendaki. Pada percobaan penerapan 1 LED lampu teras rumah, telah dibuktikan penghematan daya listrik sebesar ±90%.   Electricity consumption by customers in Indonesia. As a solution given to this problem, we have delivered an ON / OFF control system, and the duration of lighting to be applied like a Smart Home system automatically. Simple SCADA Systen had builded to control various lamp as loads then monitor the power consumtion during daily activity, so that the maximum energy consumtion can be reduced. The greatest reduction in energy energy from the scheduling of ON / OFF lighting, lighting settings from sensor feedback and lighting according to the use of the desired load. The series of this research is an energy system that uses a simple SCADA system using this tool. In the trial of the application of 1 LED porch home, it has been proven that the electric power is ± 90%

LaB6 emitters are becoming increasingly popular as direct replacements for tungsten filaments in the electron guns of modern electron-beam instruments. These emitters offer order of magnitude increases in beam brightness, and, with appropriate care in operation, a corresponding increase in source lifetime. They are, however, an order of magnitude more expensive, and may be easily damaged (by improper vacuum conditions and thermal shock) during saturation/desaturation operations. These operations typically require several minutes of an operator's attention, which becomes tedious and subject to error, particularly since the emitter must be cooled during sample exchanges to minimize damage from random vacuum excursions. We have designed a control system for LaBg emitters which relieves the operator of the necessity for manually controlling the emitter power, minimizes the danger of accidental improper operation, and makes the use of these emitters routine on multi-user instruments.Figure 1 is a block schematic of the main components of the control system, and Figure 2 shows the control box.
