The program evaluation and review technique (PERT) was developed and first used more than sixty years ago and is now well known. This technique allows taking into account the probabilistic nature of the work duration, so it is used for scheduling projects, where the duration of all or some of the works can not be clearly determined due to the high degree of uncertainty of the external environment in which such projects are carried out. However, the problem of controlling the terms of project activities and key events of the project based on the program evaluation and review technique has not been studied well enough. This article investigates the possibilities of applying the program evaluation and review technique to track and control the construction project schedule. An algorithm for using this method to predict the probability of timely occurrence of control points and completion of the entire project is presented.

Securing religious and multicultural character values is very important to be instilled as early as possible through education. This is due to education not only providing increased intellectual ability, but also is responsible for integrating character values in students. At least there are some aspects that need to be developed in the education phase of school children including intellectual aspects, emotional aspects, social aspects, physical aspects, aspects of movement, aesthetic aspects, and moral aspects. Based on this opinion it can be seen that the cultivation of religious and multicultural character values in madrasa ibtidaiyah level students needs to be done in order to realize a future generation of adults and character. On the other hand, the cultivation of multicultural values is also an urgent matter to do.This study aims to find a character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values in MI Banyumas Regency. The research method with research and development methods. The results of the study of the character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values that were developed effectively for use in character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of the t test through the paired t test method showed that there were significant differences between the character values before and after the implementation of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These results reinforce that character education is effectively used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

AbstractAdvanced grid technology represented by smart grid and energy internet is the core feature of the next-generation power grid. The next-generation power grid will be a large-scale cyber-physical system (CPS), which will have a higher level of risk management due to its flexibility in sensing and control. This paper explains the methods and results of a study on grid CPS’s behavior after risk. Firstly, a behavior model based on hybrid automata is built to simulate grid CPS’s risk decisions. Then, a GCPS risk transfer model based on cooperative game theory is built. The model allows decisions to ignore complex network structures. On this basis, a modified applicant-proposing algorithm to achieve risk optimum is proposed. The risk management model proposed in this paper can provide references for power generation and transmission decision after risk as well as risk aversion, an empirical study in north China verifies its validity.

In order to overcome the difficulty in quantifying rework by traditional project schedule management tools, this study proposes an innovative method, namely improved Critical Chain Design Structure Matrix (ICCDSM). From the perspective of information flow, the authors firstly make assumptions on activity parameters and interactions between activities. After that, a genetic algorithm is employed to reorder the activity sequence, and a banding algorithm with consideration of resource constraints is used to identify concurrent activities. Then potential criticality is proposed to measure the importance of each activity, and the rework impact area is implicated to indicate potential rework windows. Next, two methods for calculating project buffer are employed. A simulation methodology is used to verify the proposed method. The simulation results illustrate that the ICCDSM method is capable of quantifying and visualizing rework and its impact, decreases iterations, and improves the completion probability. In this vein, this study provides a novel framework for rework management, which offers some insights for researchers and managers.

Project schedule management is the management to each stage of the degree of progress and project final deadline in the project implementation process. Its purpose is to ensure that the project can meet the time constraints under the premise of achieving its overall objectives. When the progress of schedule found deviation in the process of schedule management ,the progress of the plan which have be advanced previously need to adjust. This article mainly discussed to solve the following two questions:establish the schedule optimization model by using the method of linear;discuss the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and its parameters which have effect on the algorithm:Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is presented in the time limited project and the application of a cost optimization.
