The paper introduces some information about Harbin Metro line 1, makes the decision analysis on economies, environment, society and geological environment of Harbin Metro line 1 by some fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and gives the weight coefficients of indicators through analytic hierarchy process. The comprehensive evaluation result provides the basis for decision-makers during decision of metro projects.

Abstract In China, rural domestic sewage treatment has become an urgent problem to be solved to improve the rural human settlement environment. However, there is no scientific, objective, and systematic evaluation model for selecting rural domestic sewage treatment technology. Therefore, this paper mainly studies on the establishment of the evaluation system model of China's typical rural domestic sewage treatment technology and the application of technology selection. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the life cycle method, the experts consulted and analyzed the factors affecting the evaluation of China's rural sewage treatment technology. The comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for China's rural sewage treatment technology was established based on the analysis results. Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, five typical rural domestic sewage treatment technologies were applied and analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the biofilm technology is the best at 3.5669, followed by the septic tank treatment technology and land treatment technology, which are 2.8829 and 2.8422, respectively. The case analysis verifies the applicability of the model, which can support the selection of technologies for the rural domestic sewage treatment market in China.

The risk factors of continuous incremental launching bridge during construction stage are specialized. The risk in incremental launching stage is analyzed and identified. A risk assessment index system is built. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed. The results obtained from the risk assessment model verifies the validity and practicality of the developed method by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory. Moderate risk assessment results are developed to provide references for incremental launching construction method.

In order to evaluate a RMS roundly and objectively, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system for RMSs is extracted. Then, based on this structure, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed, in which AHP is incorporated to determine factor weights.

Studying optimization and decision for opening electromagnetic loop networks plays an important role in planning and operation of power grids. First, the basic principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is introduced, and then an improved FAHP-based scheme evaluation method is proposed for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks based on a set of indicators reflecting the performance of the candidate schemes. The proposed method combines the advantages of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On the one hand, AHP effectively combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure the rationality of the evaluation model; on the other hand, the judgment matrix and qualitative indicators are expressed with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to make decision-making more realistic. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the application results on the real power system of Liaoning province of China.

Old community renovation is an important project about the livelihood of people, and the nation is catching the work. This paper firstly analyzes the definition of livable community and the livable condition of old community renovation, establishing the livable index system and the livable evaluation model of old community renovation. The paper employs Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weighs and takes use of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to analyze the case.
