Web accessibility is becoming a relevant topic with an increased number of people with disabilities and the elderly using the web. Numerous legislations are being passed that require the web to be universally accessible to all people, regardless of their abilities and age. Despite this trend, university curricula still teach traditional web development without addressing accessibility as a topic. To investigate this matter closely, we studied the syllabi of web development courses at one university to evaluate whether the topic of accessibility was taught there. Additionally, we conducted a survey with nineteen students who were enrolled in a web development course, and we interviewed three lecturers from the same university. Our findings suggest that the topic of accessibility is not covered in web development courses, although both students and lecturers think that it should. This generates lack of competence in accessibility. The findings also confirm the finding of previous studies that, among web developers, there is a low familiarity with accessibility guidelines and policies. An interesting finding we uncovered was that gender affects the motivation to learn about accessibility. Females were driven by personal reasons, which we attribute to females having an increased sense of empathy. Finally, our participants were divided in their opinions whether accessibility contributes to usability.

In the current market, there is a wide range of interesting technological solutions. So, it is recommended to properly research, identify and implement the solution which most suited to the information system strategy. In contemporary years due to the brisk development of internet technology, online business is gradually rampant. Website users are very demanding as all the time they expect the web services to be quickly and easily accessible from different places around the world, whenever they need it. Website users always need very rapid and quick responses. Website development is a process that takes time and takes more time if the development language is simple, which is not consistent with this quick and evolving world of technology. So that's why frameworks are developed to overcome these problems related to web development and to create websites very conveniently.

There is a huge development in the Information Technology or IT sector recently. Also, there is a massive use of Geographic Information System or in short, we say as GIS nowadays. Tourism Industry is getting more and more advantage specially from GIS. GIS and Tourism Industry are bonding together in a smooth and progressive manner. In order to connect GIS and Tourism, that means in order to establish a bonding between them network is required or we can say connectivity is required. Network allows nodes to share resources in digital telecommunications. So, GIS and Tourism are interconnected with network. Network form infrastructure of modern society. When tourists visit a new place, they might not know about the place in a detailed manner or it might be just a new place for them. Even services like Google which uses the Navigation system and uses the GIS system might not have all details of a place of very low tourist interests. But here we propose Intelligent Tourist Guide System using Web Development which will help tourists travelling to different parts of the world and also local people can advertise their place in order to make it a Tourist Spot and make their area famous.

A good information system must not only be neat, effective, and resilient, but also must be user friendly and up to date. In a sense, it is able to be applied to various types of electronic devices, easily accessible at any whereand time (real time), and can be modified according to user needs in a relatively easy and simple way. Information systems are now needed by various parties, especially in the field of administration and sale of medicines for Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital. During this time, recording in books has been very ineffective and caused many problems, such as difficulty in accessing old data, asa well as the information obtained was not real time. To solve it, this research raises the theme of the appropriate information system design for the hospital concerned, by utilizing CSS Bootstrap framework and research methodology for web development, namely Web Development Life Cycle. This research resulted in a responsive system by providing easy access through desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones so that it would help the hospital in the data processing process in real time.
