With Bosch company DV - E5 type throttle as control object,the hardware and software of the control system has been designed based on PID control algorithm. System uses TT89C51 microcontroller as the main control unit, using LMD18200 chip to drive DC motor in the throttle, at the same time, using PCF8591 as the AD conversion chip, using LCD1602 to display the dynamic control parameters. The system control software has been written by C language, The main software modules have been simulated on Proteus, an PID control experimental platform of the electronic throttle has been built, Test and the experiments of the opening degree position control on the throttle have been completed, the experimental results show that the system step response time is about 300ms, the steady-state error is less than 1%, hysteresis and overshoot is not obvious.

In order to improve pass-rate of liquor filling products; avoid poor quality as a result of liquor leakage and volatility, the sealing device for liquor filling and sealing machine has been improved, a parameter-adaptative fuzzy PID controller and a temperature control device based on a single chip microprocessor have been designed. Practical applications have shown that the parameter-adaptive fuzzy PID control system has high control precision and good tracking performance, small overshoot, strong anti-voltage disturbance, stable and reliable heat seal connection quality, and can meet the requirement of production process. The SCM controller is a special digital controller PID control system, for example to achieve the simulation of the control system are established SCM control system simulation model based on the operating characteristics of the single-chip controller in the Matlab environment. Single chip computer controller is a peculiar digital controller. Based on the characteristics of single chip computer controller, the simulation model of single chip computer control system in Matlab is established. The simulation of single chip computer control system is realized by taking the example of PID control system.
