A novel scheme of low power communication power supply with high power factor and soft-switching is presented, a power factor corrector and dc/dc converter of passive lossless soft-switching is based on a ML4803 IC control. DC/DC converter introduces a novel two-transistor forward soft-switching technique, which realizes zero-voltage turn-on and turn-off, with no additional switches. a communication power supply module is developed in this paper. It has the characteristics of rapid dynamic response, high power factor, high efficiency and small bulk ect.

On the basis of the principles and characteristics of the various switching power supply, we have designed a high-power supply which can be used for the magnetic resonance sounding equipment for detecting mine ground water. The characteristics of the switching power supply are the full-bridge converter as the main power topology and the SG3525 chip as the core of the control. The high frequency PWM signal generated by the SG3525 can drive the four power switch tubes of the full-bridge circuit to conduct alternately thought the IR2110, so we can get continuous and stable DC output voltage. The design of the switching power supply has a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, low noise, high stability, and small volume weight.

The integrated half-bridge IGBT driver need compact, high efficiency and high power density isolated DC-DC power supply, a set of two magnetic cores share a high-frequency full-bridge switches are designed. A simple circuit generates four channel drive signals, without isolation, to achieve compact on-board power supply and the best combination with the integrated half-bridge IGBT driver. The key signals are simulated, and experimental results show that the power supply is simple, reliable.

The working principle of LLC resonant converter is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, a high power LED driver power supply circuit is designed based on LLC resonant model. Driver circuit is two-stage: the pre-driver circuit using boundary-conduction mode controller L6562 achieves PFC function, while the post-stage LLC half-bridge topology provides constant pressure parts. This structure makes the overall efficiency of the circuit is higher. And the simulation experiment of the circuit is carried out and the experimental results verify that the driver power supply can achieve high efficiency, low loss and so on.

This paper designs a type of intelligent switching power supply controller for LED street lamp. The configuration and principle of the controller is detailedly analyzed in this paper. Microprocessor PIC12F675 is employed in the design. With the controller, According to defferent illumination requirements, the controller achieves constant voltage and different constant LED current is automatically regulated to achieve energy saving without LED light intensity decrease notably. The controller is easy to be realized in circuit with high efficiency and high power factor.

According to harmonics pollution and low power factor problems of the traditional switching power, the design is a switching power of high power factor based on UCC28019 chip used on 3D printers. This design has the advantages of high power factor, high efficiency, low harmonics and low noise. Main circuit passes through EMI filtering, full-bridge rectifier and then filter, Boost chopper boost and correction of active power factor and closed-loop controlling, making the output voltage stable, small interfering and high over-all efficiency.
