This paper analyzes the Reference System software development environment, the system architecture of the browser / server mode is analyzed in detail, describes the object-oriented analysis method, and presented different development framework according to different needs. This paper is from the resource classification, information retrieval, question recommendation and other technical to give a certain amount of evaluation and analysis .This paper mainly analysis a category navigation system, it help users find ways by providing users with search suggestions help them find answers from local resources or the Internet;introduced Chinese segmentation, quizzes indexing and search technology based on lucene; and discussed methods and strategies of the question recommendation from the consultants, the questioner and the question.

On the purpose of presenting the old appearance of the relics through digitalization, and overlapping the virtual scenes with the actual scenes at the relic site, in this paper, we introduced the positioning technology, posture sensing technology and system development technology, put forward constructing cultural relic tourism platform based on integration positioning and posture sensing technology, we conducted detailed research and analysis on the users’ experienced process of cultural tourism, designed a relic augmented reality system of integration positioning and posture sensing technology. This augmented reality system mainly utilizes positioning technology to guide the users to the correct location of the relic on the corresponding map, and then overlaps the virtual object with the real relic, achieveing a 360-degree view of the overlapping effect, and the presentation effect of near-small, far-big. The system mainly employs Unity to develop the system and realize the above system on mobile terminal. It is no longer limited to a fixed point experience environment, and is suitable for outdoor natural scenes, it makes a breakthrough on the traditional overlapping of virtual scenes and real scenes, realizes the precise overlap of virtual 3D scenes with actual images, and enables the users to feel the vicissitudes of history along the movement of the mobile device in outdoor natural scenes, so as to inherit the history and culture, enrich the information and add some fun to the displayed scene, it has the advantages of bringing people more immersive feelings compared with the traditional virtual display platform.

Through the development of the web parts library system, this paper intensively studies the secondary development technology of Pro/E in asynchronous mode on the .NET platform, using C # programming language, dynamically browsing three-dimensional parts technology on line and on-line parameterized driving technology, and with ADO.NET network programming technology, achieves on-line connecting database. With all the key technologies researched above, it demonstrates the feasibility of achieving each function and process of web parts library system.

Scientific work is aimed to identifying problem areas during distance educational process and to development of services that could help of solving them. Empirical methods and methods of real-life observation were used to collect the initial data for study. Processing of the obtained data is performed on the basis of using analytical methods and methods of expert evaluations. This allowed to identify weaknesses at distance education organization and to form a list of necessary services, which development and implementation will improve the quality of distance and inpatient educational process and education situation generally. The study identified and characterized the range of internal stakeholders of the educational environment, to meet the needs of which the development of these services is aimed. The results of empirical observations are presented using of set theory. To identify priority of declared services on the range for immediate implementation were provided their detailed analysis that showed high needs of an informational reference system development for remote access to the schedule with its further integration into educational environment. The proposed system is called "UniBell". This system is the part of education project "Smart-University", the main purpose of which is to integrate Universities into modern digital environment. Also, study defined the term "Smart University" or "Smart Educational Environment" and described main functionalities, general architecture and features of separate client as well as server parts of the "UniBell" service. Furthermore, features of additional subsystems of server part management, implemented with the use of software technologies.Net, Java and the language of structured queries SQL were highlighted. The model of client-server architecture, as well as algorithms for accounting and control of the training schedule have formed the basis for the development of an existing application for the Android operating system with the ability to download it via Google Play. The analysis of educational process virtualization has identified the main factors that may affect the educational process quality in the format of distance learning. The results of the analysis have become the basis for developing the architecture and algorithm of information system "UniBell" tasked to organize remote access to the training schedule using mobile technology. Using the conceptual apparatus of set theory, the volumes of internal stakeholders are investigated have been characterized, which provides a solid basis and target audience for further research on the effectiveness of the developed system in the Lviv State University of Life Safety educational environment.
