Through the development of the web parts library system, this paper intensively studies the secondary development technology of Pro/E in asynchronous mode on the .NET platform, using C # programming language, dynamically browsing three-dimensional parts technology on line and on-line parameterized driving technology, and with ADO.NET network programming technology, achieves on-line connecting database. With all the key technologies researched above, it demonstrates the feasibility of achieving each function and process of web parts library system.

Based on the requirements and characters of overall layout design of bus body, development process, overall structure, function module and deduction network of Intelligent Overall Layout Design System for Bus Body were built. It is illustrated systematically how the object-oriented modeling technology, deduction technology based on knowledge, secondary development technology based on CATIA, three dimensional parametric modeling methods and technology of database access etc were applied to the design and development of the system. The function of the system was verified through a case of specific bus body overall layout design.

the parts library system of three dimensional parametric design of planetary gear base on CS structure which use SoildWorks as the CAD development platform, which establish the base parts library, can automatically generate the required size specifications of the parts. The parts library adopts template file as the driving source, openness of strong, fast to run, convenient for management and maintenance, is a kind of ideal driven approach so far, this method is also suitable for a parametric function and the development interface of the CAD system, such as Pro/E, UG, etc.

A simulator of a control system for evaporative cooling of crop canopies was developed. This development, prior to implementation of an irrigation/cooling system, allowed for experimentation before committing resources to the field system. The project provided insight into problems of modeling interaction between biological, mechanical, and digital systems and demonstrated how specialists from diverse areas can solve these problems. The object orientation methodology and the C++ programming language were tools for development of this simulator. A communication mechanism was devised to facilitate interactions between software entities representing both concrete and abstract objects corresponding to the problem domain. The object-oriented approach to the system development allowed for better communication between team members, irrespective of their background in software engineering. The modular and polymorphic nature of the object-oriented code made it possible to plan for code reuse in future projects. Simulator development using the object-oriented paradigm was found to be preferable over the procedural model used by team members in other projects in the past.

On the foundation of deeply studying UG re-development technology and synthetically utilizing its secondary development tools, including UG/Open MenuScript, UG/Open UIStyler, UG/Open API and Visual C++ 6.0, a dedicated 3D parts library of injection mold is established, parameterized design of injection mold is achieved and mold design efficiency improved.

In the past, when need to draw one model of brake parts, users have to use the CAD software and make it one step by step, which wastes a lot of time and energy because of the repetitive artificially drawing. In order to improve the efficiency of drawing the models of brake parts, the paper builds one brake parts library by using the Visual C++6.0 and doing secondary development on the CATIA. Through one example, the paper proves the feasibility of building brake parts library.

Sundanese has unique names in its daily scope, such as naming animals. Learning the names of animal child using Sundanese is one of the activities in preserving Sundanese culture. However, especially elementary school students have lacked interest in learning Sundanese, one of them concerning the names of animal child in Sundanese, this is because the learning medias are less attractive, there are no developments in the packaging of Sundanese materials, especially the introduction to names of animal child and the absence of a dictionary regarding to the names of children in the school. Therefore, an interesting application is needed to help learning Sundanese so that students have an interest in learning the names of animal child in Sundanese. The result of this study is a game application, in which there are material about the names of animal child in Indonesian and Sundanese and there are questions that must be answered in a certain time limit to practice Sundanese language skills and to know the extent to which students understand Sundanese. By using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) algorithm to scramble the questions that appear in the game and Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) for matching strings in the game. The application is built using the C# programming language and the development tools used are Unity. And the system development method in this application uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, while the method for designing the system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML).�Keywords : Sundanese, Linear Congruent Method, Knuth Morris Pratt

In this paper the modeling method of object entity in the environment of virtual is introduced and the three-dimensional simulation model of grinding wheel is established in Visual C++ programming language and OpenGL tool. The simulated experiment is made, which can indicate the effect of different parameters to grinding process. It proved the reliability and practicability of virtual wheel through comparing the simulation results and experimental data.

In this paper, a standardized method of virtual design for high voltage switchgear based on Inventor has been investigated. A multi-attribute and multi-method parts library system also has been designed and developed which was integrated seamlessly with the three-dimensional design software. This investigation can achieve visualization design for large-scale product, and effective management, integration and sharing for 3D models and design information. The design efficiency and the information level of the enterprise can be greatly improved, and the product development cycle can be greatly shorten.

Conducting hydraulic piston engine design constraints on the design of the crankshaft counterweight mostly by trial calculation algorithm to calculate than the larger. In this paper, three-dimensional parametric mapping software use Dassault Systemes (SA), a subsidiary of SolidWorks under strong secondary development technology, combined with engine design now used widely in the counterweight model to explore the principles of optimal design of the crankshaft counterweight their method, derived crank weight optimized design model.
