Компании в любом секторе стремятся нанимать высококвалифицированных сотрудников, обладающих способность вписываться в модель организационно-управленческих компетенций организаций под воздействием высокой конкурентоспособности. В статье представлен анализ обеспеченности фармацевтами населения Республики Казахстан. Также совершен опрос студентов колледжа для определения у них организационно управленческих компетенций, сформулированы выводы и рекомендации. Companies in any sector strive to hire highly qualified employees who have the ability to fit into the model of organizational and managerial competencies of organizations under the influence of high competitiveness. The article presents an analysis of the availability of pharmacists in the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, a survey of college students was conducted to determine their organizational and managerial competencies, conclusions and recommendations were formulated.

The research results are clear: After four years of college, students experience growth in moral judgment. What isn't clear is why. What is it about going to college that contributes to the development of moral thinking? The authors point to something in the college environment that has little to do with the curriculum or the cocurriculum—students’ friendships and social networks.

The scope of education is the parties that are involved in the sphere of education such as proteges/students/college students, the basic and the purpose of education itself, educators, educational materials, educational methods, educational evaluation, educational tools and the surrounding environment within the scope of education. Education is also one of the most important parts of human life that has provisions that aim to help the improvement of living standard and life for themselves and for the country. If referring to the Article 31 (amendment) paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that "Every citizen has the right to education, of course education is meant in principle, learning what we know is based on face to face in the class. to transfer the knowledge to their students (students / college students). Moral Judgment Developmental Differences Between Gifted Youth and College Students

In order to better understand contributing factors of moral judgment development, gifted youth and college students were compared. Moral judgment development, ACT scores, attributional complexity, and descriptors of personality were assessed among 140 college students and 97 gifted youth. Important distinctions favoring the gifted sample were seen among aspects of all considered variables. Stepwise hierarchical regression models noted that there was variability in how these variables accounted for the moral judgment developmental variance of each group. Discussed are explanations for the differences seen in the gifted sample relative to the college sample. Efforts to understand populations prone to early advancement, such as the gifted, are recommended in the hopes of transferring gained knowledge to other populations.
