Today, panic attacks are a fairly common and difficult disease to treat. In addition, there is no clear treatment scheme for this pathology, in connection with which we consider it appropriate to consider and analyze modern methods of therapy for this disease.

Although hepatitis B is widespread, it is hard to cure. This paper presents a new and more accurate model for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B. Based on previous research, the diagnosis and treatment modes were combined into one. By adding more influencing factors and risk factors, the overall diagnosis and treatment model will be further expanded, and a richer and more detailed overall diagnosis and treatment model will be constructed. Reverse logic gates are used in the model to improve the accuracy of the treatment planning. The new unified model is more accurate in subdividing diagnosis results, and it is more flexible and accurate in providing dynamic treatment plans. The prediction process and the static diagnosis process of the model are symmetric, and the related sub-graph is symmetric in structure. In addition, an algorithm for predicting the response probability of treatment scheme is developed, so as to predict the subsequent treatment effects of the current treatment scheme, such as the probability of drug resistance. The results show that this method is more accurate than other available systems, and it has encouraging diagnostic accuracy and effectiveness, which provides a promising help for doctors in diagnosing hepatitis B.

A safety study on ketoprofen 10% was carried out on pigs using a different dosing and treatment scheme. Forty healthy crossbreed pigs with similar age, weight, and body condition score were distributed into five treatment groups. The pigs were intramuscularly injected once with different doses of ketoprofen: 3 mg/kg (group 1X), 6 mg/kg (group 2X), 9 mg/kg (group 3X). In addition, the 3 mg/kg dosis was administered on three consecutive days (group 1X ext.). Intramuscular injections of saline solution were used in control group (CTL). The pigs were clinically examined throughout the trial and blood samples were taken for hematological and biochemical evaluation on days −4 (before treatment), +3, +7, and +14 (the end of the trial). Any unusual behaviour or clinical signs were reported as potential toxic effects of ketoprofen. Serum measurements showed that none of the ketoprofen doses produced changes in renal or hepatic biochemical parameters, liver enzymes, or total bilirubin. Likewise, hematological assessment indicated no altered parameters or hematocrit percentage in the study groups. These results demonstrate that ketoprofen has no adverse effects in pigs when the doses and scheme evaluated in this study are applied.

SummaryVariant cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2C9 genotypes are associated with low maintenance dose requirement of warfarin therapy and increased risk of major bleeding events. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the potential clinical and economic outcomes of using CYP2C9 genotype data to guide the management of anticoagulation therapy and to identify influential factors affecting the cost-effectiveness of this treatment scheme. A decision tree was designed to simulate, over 12 months, the clinical and economic outcomes of patients newly started on warfarin associated with two alternatives: (1) no genotyping (non-genotyped group) and (2) CYP2C9 genotyping prior to initiation of warfarin therapy (genotyped group). Nongenotyped group patients would receive standard care of an anticoagulation clinic (AC). In the genotyped group, patients with at least one variant CYP2C9 allele would receive intensified anticoagulation service. Most of the clinical probabilities were derived from literature. The direct medical costs were estimated from the Diagnosis-Related Group charges and from literature. The total number of events and the direct medical cost per 100 patient-years in the genotyped and non-genotyped groups were 9.58 and USD155,700, and, 10.48 and USD 150,500, respectively. The marginal cost per additional major bleeding averted in the genotyped group was USD 5,778. The model was sensitive to the variation of the cost and reduction of bleeding rate in the intensified anticoagulation service. In conclusion, the pharmacogenetics-oriented management of warfarin therapy is potentially more effective in preventing bleeding with a marginal cost. The cost-effectiveness of this treatment scheme depends on the relative cost and effectiveness of a pharmacogenetics-oriented intensified anticoagulation service comparing to the standard AC care.

The experiment aimed to evaluate some of organic products within a treatment scheme against Eurytoma schreineri Schreiner., on two different plum varieties: Stanley and Reine Claude d’Althan. An experimental scheme of organic treatments by using seven organic products with insecticidal effect was developed and used for evaluation in the field. There were three variants taken into account: organic, conventional and untreated, used as control. Each variant consisted of eight trees belonging to Stanley and Reine Claude d’Althan cvs., four trees for each variety. The frequency occurring of Eurytoma schreineri was evaluated along two consecutive years (2019-2020). Overall results confirmed the sensitivity of Stanley cv. to Eurytoma. schreineri. On the other hand, the results showed that the organic scheme developed was unsatisfactory and there is a risk of considerable losses for farmers who opt for this kind of scheme.

<p>With the rapid increase in the number of infected people in COVID-19, medical supplies have been increasing significantly. Medical waste treatment scheme selection may have long-term impacts on the economy, society, and environment. Determining the best treatment option is a considerable challenge. To solve this problem, in this paper, we proposed a multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) method based on single-valued neutrosophic numbers and partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean (PMSM) operator. Because of the complexity of the medical waste treatment scheme selection problem, the single-valued neutrosophic numbers are applied to express the uncertain evaluation information. For the medical waste treatment scheme selection problem, the factors or criteria (these two terms can be interchanged.) in the same clusters are closely related, and the criteria in different clusters have no relationships. The partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean function can handle these complicated criterion relationships. Therefore, we extend the PMSM operator to process the single-valued neutrosophic numbers and propose the single-valued neutrosophic partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean (SVNPMSM) operator and its weighted form (SVNWPMSM). Then, we analyze their properties and give typical examples of the proposed operators. An MCGDM model based on the SVNWPMSM aggregation operator is developed and applied to solve the medical waste treatment scheme selection problem. Finally, the validity and superiority of the developed model are verified by comparing it with the previous methods.</p>
