Phialemoniopsis curvata D216 is a filamentous fungus isolated from contaminated diesel fuel. The genome size is 40.3 Mbp with a G+C content of 54.81%. Its genome encodes enzymes and pathways likely involved in the degradation of and survival in fuel, including lipases, fatty acid transporters, and beta oxidation.

Here, we report the draft genome of Cyanobacterium sp. IPPAS strain B-1200, isolated from Lake Balkhash, Kazakhstan, and characterized by the unique fatty acid composition of its membrane lipids, which are enriched with myristic and myristoleic acids. The approximate genome size is 3.4 Mb, and the predicted number of coding sequences is 3,119.

Cryptococcus curvatus ATCC 20509 is a commonly used nonmodel oleaginous yeast capable of converting a variety of carbon sources into fatty acids. Here, we present the draft genome sequence of this popular organism to provide a means for more in-depth studies of its fatty acid production potential.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.
