We report the sequencing, assembly, and annotation of the genome of Amycolatopsis sp. strain CA-230715, a potentially interesting producer of natural products. The genome of CA-230715 was sequenced using PacBio, Illumina, and Nanopore technologies. It consists of a circular 10,363,158-nucleotide (nt) chromosome and a circular 12,080-nt plasmid.

We report here the complete genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. strain RTd22, an endophytic actinobacterium that was isolated from the roots of the Mexican sunflower Tithonia diversifolia . The bacterium’s 11.1-Mb linear chromosome is predicted to encode a large number of unknown natural products.

ABSTRACT Streptomyces sp. TN58, isolated from a Tunisian soil sample, produces several natural products, including acyl alpha-l-rhamnopyranosides. It possesses a 7.6-Mb linear chromosome. This is, to our knowledge, the first genome sequence of a microorganism known to produce acyl alpha-l-rhamnopyranosides, and it will be helpful to study the biosynthesis of these specialized metabolites.

We report the single-contig genome sequence of the anaerobic, mesophilic, cellulolytic bacterium,Bacteroides cellulosolvens. The bacterium produces a particularly elaborate cellulosome system, wherein the types of cohesin-dockerin interactions are opposite of other known cellulosome systems: cell-surface attachment is thus mediated via type-I interactions, whereas enzymes are integrated via type-II interactions.

Here, we announce the complete genome sequence of Streptococcus pyogenes strain 10-85 (type emm1), isolated from a patient with streptococcal toxic shock syndrome (STSS). The strain lacks the genomic regions encoding SalR-SalK, a two‐component regulatory system, and the adjacent type I restriction modification system.
