With the development of network education, the importance of the research network teaching system is more and more prominent. The network teaching system an autonomous, distributed teaching environment based on Web by using the network as the carrier of information, construct. Along with the network popularization, the network teaching based on Web will become one of the most important teaching modes of education in the future. Computer assisted instruction (CAI for short) is one of the most advanced means of modern education technology. This paper mainly discusses the application of computer network technology in auxiliary mechanical design course teaching. The advanced network technology in computer aided instruction is introduced in the auxiliary mechanical design course teaching, which is one of the most significant reform teaching systems facing in the 21st century.

Abstract. With the continuous improvement of education informatization level, especially the rise of MOOC, online and offline hybrid teaching, which organically combines traditional classroom teaching with network teaching, is endowed with more abundant connotation. The outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020 also makes colleges and universities pay more attention to the important role of the network education platform in teaching. How to carry out the mixed teaching scientifically is becoming a new topic. In this paper, the hybrid teaching is applied to the teaching of computer network course, which can not only stimulate students' interest in learning, but also mobilize students' learning initiative and improve their learning effect.

The network education of colleges or universities has become one of the effective complement to traditional education. The Network education can be divided into autonomous distance education and real-time online distance education which could be applied in different conditions. The Network education has fundamentally changed the teaching method of traditional educations. It may even change the whole ideas on education. It could break out the limit of time and distance. Students will have more flexibility when they begin to study. This article investigates domestic colleges and universities technology ability and the infrastructure, analyzes the cost of software and hardware resources for network education recently, and plans three feasible network teaching system.

English teaching has also gradually introduced computer network-assisted teaching methods. Compared with other subjects, English teaching has many constraints, including lower teacher-student interaction time, lack of English speaking training environment, single learning method, and other problems leading to the phenomenon that English teaching tends to emphasize theory but not practice. In terms of the current practical situation, the development and research of computer network multimedia courses are still far from meeting the actual needs of English network teaching. English network teaching mainly involves the transmission and use of video streams on the network, but the current video stream transmission conditions are not very ideal. Therefore, this paper focuses on the practical development of computer-assisted teaching in English teaching based on the browser/server (B/S) architecture mode of network multimedia teaching system, so that the teaching reform of English network courses can be further improved and developed. The research content of this paper is based on the development technology of the B/S mode, theoretical study and research on the production method of the English network teaching system, and practical evaluation and development application of this teaching system. A comparison of the educational effects of computer network education models and traditional education models is carried out to determine the implementation and effectiveness of web-based English multimedia education systems. Based on a web browser-based network education model, the Internet is used as a means of transmitting media education content with synchronised English and playback lessons as well as related online tests and online question and answer sessions on the Internet, enabling timely and efficient educational activities. The teaching system is also evaluated and applied. The research results show that the network multimedia teaching system provides a variety of forms of materials, making the original more abstract content a more vivid image and concrete. Changing the original traditional teaching mode of English makes students’ English learning change from simple memory to concrete understanding; increasing students’ initiative to information not only improves the utilization of time but also changes the monotonous information exchange from teachers to students, providing a large number of English environment materials, which is conducive to students’ oral practice and promotes the successful completion of teaching tasks.

The comprehensive application and development of multimedia technology and network technology in education is a research hotspot for a long time now and for a long time. Mechanical design is an important technical basic course for mechanical and related majors in colleges and universities. It is practical and comprehensive. This paper takes mechanical design teaching as the starting point, designs and develops a multimedia network education platform that meets the mechanical design teaching of colleges and universities. The platform fully utilizes the comprehensive advantages of streaming media technology, WebRTC technology and Web mining technology to enable teachers and students to attend classes and communicate remotely online. Through the comparative experiments on the classes of Chengnan College, the results show that with the platform teaching, the students' motivation for learning in the mechanical design discipline is enhanced, the learning investment is increased, and the teachers are satisfied with the classroom atmosphere and teaching effects. This shows that the platform can improve the teaching effect.

In Spain doctoral studies underwent a major legal reform in 1998. The new legislation has brought together the criteria, norms, rules, and study certificates in universities throughout the country, both public and private. A brief description is presented here of the planning and structuring of doctoral programs, which have two clearly differentiated periods: teaching and research. At the end of the 2-year teaching program, the individual and personal phase of preparing one's doctoral thesis commences. However, despite efforts by the state to regulate these studies and to achieve greater efficiency, critical judgment is in order as to whether the envisioned aims are being achieved, namely, that students successfully complete their doctoral studies. After this analysis, we make proposals for the future aimed mainly at the individual period during which the thesis is written, a critical phase in obtaining the doctor's degree. Not enough attention has been given to this in the existing legislation.
