The need for change in the rapidly developing health sector is essential for the provision of quality health care services. In this study, the technological change experienced in the process of transition from the old hospital information management system used in a university hospital to the new hospital information management system was discussed and employees’ resistance, perceptions and attitudes to change have been examined through a change management approach. In this study, we aimed to examine the level of usage of the change management tools and change management phases in a university hospital through a change management approach in the transition phase to the new HIS. We also aim to discuss faced problems encountered in the change process, help to create consciousness for management of change, examine behavioural reasons of resistance of healthcare professionals and present our experiences and propose solutions in the view of adoption and acceptance management tools against change in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) for healthcare managers. In the research, it has been observed that in the transition to the new information system, the change management tools are applied partially whereas change management phases have been implemented to a large extent. University hospital employees are resistant to Hospital Information Management System replacement. The most resistant groups are doctors and nurses and the least resistant employees are administrative staff. The rise in hospital revenues following the change is noteworthy.

The existing hospital information management system generally does not support remote access and the information sharing is low. In order to adapt to the needs of the development of medical information management, the hospital information management system should be developed based on B/S structure. The system should store staff basic information, outpatient and hospitalization reimbursement detail in the database; can timely reflect the patient fee in arrears; draw graphical statistics of the use of funds, the incidence of disease, drug usage information; can set reimbursement policy according to the conditions and can automatically submit an expense account settlement, fund collection, decomposition of annual and carry forward; show the real-time dynamic tracking information for ins and outs of supplies, equipment, and drugs, reduce the backlog and shortages.AFS.NET technology.

Purpose The purpose of this technical paper is to evaluate the emerging standard “Allotrope Data Format (ADF)” in the context of digital preservation at a major US academic library hosted at Brigham Young University. In combination with the new information management system ZONTAL Space (ZS), archiving with the ADF is compared with currently used systems CONTENTdm and ROSETTA. Design/methodology/approach The approach is a workflow-based comparison in terms of usability, functionality and reliability of the systems. Current workflows are replaced by optimized target processes, which limit the number of involved parties and process steps. The connectors or manual solutions between the current workflow steps are replaced with automatic functions inside of ZS. Reporting functionalities inside of ZS are used to track system and file lifecycle to ensure stability and data preservation. Findings The authors find that the target processes leveraging ZS drastically reduce complexity compared to current workflows. Archiving with the ADF is found to decrease integration complexity and provide a more robust data migration path for the future. The possibility to enrich data automatically with metadata and to store this information alongside the content in the same information package increases reusability of the data. Research limitations/implications The practical implications of this work suggest the arrival of a new information management system that can potentially revolutionize the archiving landscape within libraries. Beyond the scope of the initial proof of concept, the potential for the system can be seen to replace existing data management tools and provide access to new data analytics applications, like smart recommender systems. Originality/value The value of this study is a systematic introduction of ZS and the ADF, two emerging solutions from the Pharmaceutical Industry, to the broader audience of digital preservation experts within US libraries. The authors consider the exchange of best practices and solutions between industries to be of high value to the communities.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence, information systems managementand organizational culture on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance of teachers, toanalyze the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers, to analyze the effect of organizationalcommitment on teacher performance, to analyze the effect of competence through job satisfaction on teacherperformance, to analyze the effect of information management system through job satisfaction andorganizational commitment on teacher performance, and to analyze the effect of organizational culture throughthe organization's commitment on teacher performance. The research was conducted on 10 private junior highschool and 10 public junior high school namely SMP in Makassar City with a population of 909 teacher and asample set with Slovin formula as many as 278 teacher . The data from questionnaires were analyzed usingStructural Equation Model using AMOS assistance 18. The study found that direct information managementsystem is a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teachers’performance. This means that the information management system application has been run by the teachers, butthe information management system application did not show significant correlation (insignificant) against theteacher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teacher performance. Indirectly effect has found thatthe information management system through organizational commitment is a positive and insignificant effect onteachers’ performance. This means that teachers have to understand and know the importance of a series ofactivities of input, process, output and feedback in the application license, so it has a positive effect, but itsapplication was not significantly correlated on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, because theapplication of the information management system oriented utilization and use of schools media and are notreal anyway directly correlated on teachers performance.

With the constant expansion of Chinese enterprises, the enterprise’s personnel system becomes increasingly large, increasingly difficult to manage, for the information management has become increasingly important. Personnel information management is an important and delicate and complex, so to establish utility personnel information management system in order to maintain a stable business operation, reduce management investment, improve productivity, enhance IT management tools to improve the unit earnings. Further information management system applications conform to the current trend of the information society and shorten the cycle of social production. The personnel information management system is the use of C++ language as the development language, My SQL database as a backend database.
