This article presents an approach to modelling segregation effects using a sectoral bounded-neighbourhood model. The proposed simulation model provides an opportunity to study the evolutionary dynamics of a population consisting of local and external agents that interact in a two-dimensional discrete space. It is shown that in the conditions of an uniform-mixing method of creating jobs in all sectors of economy: extraction, processing, retail and high-tech services, attracting the appropriate groups of agents, differing in the level of education and qualifications, the lowest level of population segregation is ensured. At the same time, in the long term, such a strategy leads to appearing of the phenomenon of the formation of a "mono-ethnic community", consisting mainly of local (including previously assimilated) agents.

This article describes a model for the formation of groups of individuals from a random set of individuals who have a certain amount of knowledge about the environment and have a certain relationship to each of the phenomena (further – notion) of the world around them that they know. The rules of combining individuals from this initial set into groups of individuals and the rules for changing the attitude of individuals to notions known to them under the influence of their contacts with other individuals are described. The process of formation of groups of individuals and changes in their attitudes to the notions is cyclical, with an unlimited number of repetitions of this cycle. The model is based on the theory of agent-oriented models (AOM) and is implemented in a set of programs written in Visual Basic.

This article provides an overview of dynamic models of the organization of railway freight transportation, in which the cargo flow is formed on the basis of the interaction of neighboring stations. Several configurations of a section of the railway network are considered and two approaches to the organization of the cargo transportation process are proposed, depending on the demand for them.

It is analyzed the possible causes and effects of Brexit after 47-years of British membership in the EU: financial-economical, legal, ideological, institutional, technological, questions of home and foreign policy. It is considered «strengthening nets of government’s pyramid» (on the basis of Academician V. L. Makarov’s terminology), agent-based model demographic model of the EU of Corresponding member A. R. Bakhtizin, the role of monarchy’s institute, party’s struggle for and against Brexit and the temporary advantages, which Great Britain gained as a result of quick break with the EU.
