In some situations, there is no possibility of hazard mitigation, especially if the hazard is induced by water. Thus, it is important to prevent consequences via an early warning system (EWS) to announce the possible occurrence of a hazard. The aim and objective of this paper are to investigate the possibility of implementing an EWS in a small-scale catchment and to develop a methodology for developing a hydrological prediction model based on an artificial neural network (ANN) as an essential part of the EWS. The methodology is implemented in the case study of the Slani Potok catchment, which is historically recognized as a hazard-prone area, by establishing continuous monitoring of meteorological and hydrological parameters to collect data for the training, validation, and evaluation of the prediction capabilities of the ANN model. The model is validated and evaluated by visual and common calculation approaches and a new evaluation for the assessment. This new evaluation is proposed based on the separation of the observed data into classes based on the mean data value and the percentages of classes above or below the mean data value as well as on the performance of the mean absolute error.

This paper introduced power communication network resource data management and the importance of effects of information lifecycle management (ILM) on the information and data management. According to this paper, the various stages of the ILM are divided into two categories. In the value realization, communication resources information management system was applied in the solutions of interconnection and data integration with ERP system, GIS system, to achieve the objective of data value-add in the stage of the generation, access and sharing. Communication resources data was shared between these three systems, to maximize the use of resources and the value of data.

Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Design/methodology/approach This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings This research paper determines how service supply chains can create value with big data, by building cross-departmental processes. Based on the study’s results, the critical alignment capabilities for successful big data value creation are: IT-process alignment; IT-performance alignment; performance-process alignment; human-IT alignment; and human-process alignment. Additionally, overarching and underlying strategic and organizational alignment capabilities also impacted this value creation. The human impact on employees of big data-led process creation shouldn’t be underestimated. Originality/value The briefing saves busy executives, strategists and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.

This research is The Effect of Reading Ability (Mastery) Kitab Kuning on Arabic speaking skills in Ma'had Aly Marhalah Ula women's class. In this study, the researcher aims to determine whether or not there is an effect on reading ability in speaking Arabic. This research method uses quantitative research methods. From the results of calculations combined with the literature review, the ability to read the yellow book affects speaking skills in Arabic can be seen by it, both from a theoretical and empirical point of view. The results of the calculated data value were obtained by the number 0.416 after being consulted into the moving value coefficient between 0.400 - 0.599, which showed that it has a moderate category.
