The research aimed to investigate the stages of a Machine Learning model process creation in order to predict the indicator over the number of medical appointments per day done in the area of supplementary health in the region of Porto Alegre / RS - Brazil and to propose a metric for anomalies detection. Literature review and applied case study was used as a methodology in this paper, besides was used the statistical software called R, in order to prepare the data and create the model. The stages of the case study was: database extraction, division of the base in training and testing, creation of functions and feature engineering, variables selection and correlation analysis, choice of the algorithms with cross-validation and tuning, training of models, application of the models in the test data, selection of the best model and proposal of the metric for anomalies detection. At the end of these stages, it was possible to select the best model in terms of MAE (Mean Absolute Error), the Random Forest, which was the algorithm with better performance when compared to Linear Regression and Neural Network. It also makes possible to identified nine anomaly points and thirty-eight warning points using the standard deviation metric. It was concluded, through the proposed methodology and the results obtained, that the steps of feature engineering and variables selection were essential for the creation and selection of the model, in addition, the proposed metric achieved the objective of generates alerts in the indicator, showing cases with possible problems or opportunities.

Purpose Drawing upon the theoretical underpinning of knowledge worker productivity, this study aims to examine the relationship between abusive supervision and knowledge management (KM) process (creation, application and sharing of knowledge) and its impact on the knowledge worker productivity in knowledge-intensive organizations. Design/methodology/approach Hypothesis were tested through PROCESS Macro in IBM SPSS v.26 on a sample of 204 employees working in banking sector of Pakistan. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the model fitness through AMOS v. 26. Findings The results showed that the relationship between abusive supervision and KM process (creation, application and sharing of knowledge) is negative and highly significant, i.e. greater the abusive supervision in the banking sector, the lower is the engagement in KM processes. Furthermore, there is a positive and highly significant relationship between the KM process and knowledge worker productivity. Finally, the study indicates the negative impact of abusive supervision on the knowledge worker productivity through the mediating mechanism of knowledge management processes. Research limitations/implications A key limitation is that the study is cross-sectional, and the findings may only be generalizable to developing countries context. Originality/value Previous studies have focused on supervisor–employee relationship but not in the context of knowledge worker productivity. This article fulfills this gap through understanding the impact of abusive supervision on the knowledge worker productivity in relation to KM processes (knowledge creation, sharing and application) by drawing upon the theoretical underpinning of knowledge worker productivity.

Chemical engineering is being rapidly transformed by the tools of data science. On the horizon, artificial intelligence (AI) applications will impact a huge swath of our work, ranging from the discovery and design of new molecules to operations and manufacturing and many areas in between. Early adoption of data science, machine learning, and early examples of AI in chemical engineering has been rich with examples of molecular data science—the application tools for molecular discovery and property optimization at the atomic scale. We summarize key advances in this nascent subfield while introducing molecular data science for a broad chemical engineering readership. We introduce the field through the concept of a molecular data science life cycle and discuss relevant aspects of five distinct phases of this process: creation of curated data sets, molecular representations, data-driven property prediction, generation of new molecules, and feasibility and synthesizability considerations. Expected final online publication date for the Annual Review of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Volume 12 is June 2021. Kata Kunci; Muroja’ah Alqur’an, ibu primigravida, pemeriksaan kehamilan  AbstractPregnancy is a process creation of human being by Allah from adhesiveness between spermatozoon and ovum in uterus. This process has been described in the Alqur’an and can be proved by sains for who can understand the Alqur’an.
