Purpose The disability datasets are the datasets that contain the information of disabled populations. By analyzing these datasets, professionals who work with disabled populations can have a better understanding of the inherent characteristics of the disabled populations, so that working plans and policies, which can effectively help the disabled populations, can be made accordingly. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, the authors proposed a big data management and analytic approach for disability datasets. Findings By using a set of data mining algorithms, the proposed approach can provide the following services. The data management scheme in the approach can improve the quality of disability data by estimating miss attribute values and detecting anomaly and low-quality data instances. The data mining scheme in the approach can explore useful patterns which reflect the correlation, association and interactional between the disability data attributes. Experiments based on real-world dataset are conducted at the end to prove the effectiveness of the approach. Originality/value The proposed approach can enable data-driven decision-making for professionals who work with disabled populations.

In an era of accelerating digitization and advanced big data analytics, harnessing quality data and insights will enable innovative research methods and management approaches. Among others, Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis has recently emerged as a new method for analyzing the content of large amounts of pictorial data. In this paper, we provide background information and outline the application of Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis for analyzing the content of large amounts of pictorial data. We suggest that Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis constitutes a profound improvement over previous methods that have mostly relied on manual work by humans. In this paper, we discuss the applications of Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis for research and practice and provide an example of its use for research. In the case study, we employed Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis for decomposing and assessing thumbnail images in the context of marketing and media research and show how properly assessed and designed thumbnail images promote the consumption of online videos. We conclude the paper with a discussion on the potential of Artificial Intelligence Imagery Analysis for research and practice across disciplines.

Big data is a new technology, which is defined by large amount of data, so it is possible to extract value from the capturing and analysis process. Large data faced many challenges due to various features such as volume, speed, variation, value, complexity and performance. Many organizations face challenges while facing test strategies for structured and unstructured data validation, establishing a proper testing environment, working with non relational databases and maintaining functional testing. These challenges have low quality data in production, delay in execution and increase in cost. In proposed, to test the health care big data . In health care data contains text file, image file, audio file and video file. To test the big data document, by using two concepts such as big data preprocessing testing and post processing testing. To classify the data from unstructured format to structured format using SVM algorithm. In preprocessing testing test all the data, for the purpose data accuracy. In preprocessing testing such as file size testing, file extension testing and de-duplication testing. In Post Processing to implement the map reduce concept for the use of easily to fetch the data.

Abstract Almost many consumers are inclined by social media to purchase the product and spend more money on purchasing. We got the data from social media to analyse the consumer behaviour. We have considered the consumer data from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. There is diversity and high-speed, high volume data is coming from social media, so we used big data technology. Big Data Technology is the recent technology is used in various field of research. In this paper we have used the concept of big data technology to process data and analyse to predict the consumer behaviour on social media. We have analysed the consumer behaviour based on certain parameter and criteria. we have analysed the consumer perception, attitude towards the social media. For doing the prediction we have pre-process the data to make the quality data so that we can take the quality decision based on outcome of our model. We have used the predictive big data analytics technique to analyse the consumer behaviour prediction in this paper.

AbstractBig data refers to large complex structured or unstructured data sets. Big data technologies enable organisations to generate, collect, manage, analyse, and visualise big data sets, and provide insights to inform diagnosis, prediction, or other decision-making tasks. One of the critical concerns in handling big data is the adoption of appropriate big data governance frameworks to (1) curate big data in a required manner to support quality data access for effective machine learning and (2) ensure the framework regulates the storage and processing of the data from providers and users in a trustworthy way within the related regulatory frameworks (both legally and ethically). This paper proposes a framework of big data governance that guides organisations to make better data-informed business decisions within the related regularity framework, with close attention paid to data security, privacy, and accessibility. In order to demonstrate this process, the work also presents an example implementation of the framework based on the case study of big data governance in cybersecurity. This framework has the potential to guide the management of big data in different organisations for information sharing and cooperative decision-making.

The objective of this paper is to assess government reputation management performance by lev-eraging Big Data technology, internet, and public relations capacity, in particular creating credible information for the public. The research used a case study methodology on Indonesi-aBaik.id management for the period between 13th September to 13th October, 2017. The focus of the research was on the degree to which big data processing influenced communication, pub-lic persuasion, and content. Research techniques used to collect data including in-depth inter-views, observation, and literature review through elated techniques. Research findings indicate that effective Big Data processing is underpinned by quality data analysis and creative content development skills. This research contributes to knowledge on the application of online reputa-tion management processes for public relations officials and general readers based on the four steps of management process by Cutlip as applied to reputation management analysis using Big Data technology effectiveness. Based on the result of the research the government reputation management practice should also followed by higher competence of the public relation officials especially on the skill of reputation management process and public persuasion skill, thus, the process of creating credible information can be done adequately.
