The Hamilton–Jacobi–Issacs (HJI) inequality is the most basic relation in nonlinear H∞ design, to which no effective analytical solution is currently available. The sum of squares (SOS) method can numerically solve nonlinear problems that are not easy to solve analytically, but it still cannot solve HJI inequalities directly. In this paper, an HJI inequality suitable for SOS is firstly derived to solve the problem of nonconvex optimization. Then, the problems of SOS in nonlinear H∞ design are analyzed in detail. Finally, a two-step iterative design method for solving nonlinear H∞ control is presented. The first step is to design an adjustable nonlinear state feedback of the gain array of the system using SOS. The second step is to solve the L2 gain of the system; the optimization problem is solved by a graphical analytical method. In the iterative design, a diagonally dominant design idea is proposed to reduce the numerical error of SOS. The nonlinear H∞ control design of a polynomial system for large satellite attitude maneuvers is taken as our example. Simulation results show that the SOS method is comparable to the LMI method used for linear systems, and it is expected to find a broad range of applications in the analysis and design of nonlinear systems.

Elementary tolerance analysis with nonlinear assembly equations or functions can lead to significant errors when either Worst Limits or Root Sum Squares are applied. A previous paper [1] presented the errors and a corrective design method for Worst Limit elementary tolerance analysis. In this paper, Root Sum Squares tolerance analysis is applied to a nonlinear assembly equation, which gives significant errors in the assembly acceptance fraction. Advanced statistical analysis can be used in an iterative design procedure to specify the independent variables which meet the specified assembly in spite of the nonlinearities.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. PT.Murni Alam Sehat is one of company sell medical device and medicine by prescription or without doctor’s prescription. The problem in marketing department in this company do not have promotion media for offer the products to consumer, no online sell, and order only by phone. To solve the problem in marketing department is build up e-commerce system. E-commerce system use Unifed Modelling Languange (UML); Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. User Centered Design (UCD) as design method. Program language for e-commerce system is PHP and MySQL for database. The result of research is a e-commerce system website base to help search information product, company could get report easier, consumer can do purchase by online everywhere and everytime.

The main problems of current system in agriculture ministry is sub-optimal information retrieval of realization and development of agriculture capital and production facilities subvention. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design information system for monitoring and evaluation of subvention of agriculture capital and production facilities. This information system is developed based on internet technology to help the main team (agriculture minister and technical team of directorate agriculture department), coach team of provincial agriculture office, and technical team of district/city agriculture office to access the accurate information related realization and development of agriculture business any where and any time. It is designed with OOAD (object oriented analysis and design) method by using UML notation (use case diagram, class diagram, component architecture and user interface design). This research produces a design of information system for subvention monitoring and evaluation of agriculture capital and production facilities for the ministry of agriculture RI.

In this manuscript, we design two classes of parametric iterative schemes to solve nonlinear problems that do not need to evaluate Jacobian matrices and need to solve three linear systems per iteration with the same divided difference operator as the coefficient matrix. The stability performance of the classes is analyzed on a quadratic polynomial system, and it is shown that for many values of the parameter, only convergence to the roots of the problem exists. Finally, we check the performance of these methods on some test problems to confirm the theoretical results.

With the lesson from the overturning accident of single-pier bridge and based on the analysis on the size and distribution mode of the load on the bridge surface when the ramp bridge of Tianjin segment in the Jin-Jin Expressway collapsed, this Article drafts the load size and distribution mode are (possibly undertaking up to 4x165t load) studied out for analysis and design of single pier bridge of pier-girder consolidation for the analysis on the calculation of the overturning resistance for single-column girder, and analyzes the overturning resistance capacity of single-column girder with pier-girder consolidation according the planned load size and distribution mode. In addition, this Article proposes the reinforcement measures by adding the column supports at the horizontal direction of the single-column pier, thus effectively improving the overturning resistance capacity of main girder. This Article may be used as the reference for the study of overturning resistance and the reinforcement of single-column pier bridge.
