The secondary lining failure of deep buried soft rock tunnel often occurs, which is obviously related to the time factor. The formation mechanism of this phenomenon is studied in this paper. Therefore, the combination of in situ stress measurement and neural network inversion is used to analyze the distribution characteristics of in situ stress. At the same time, the creep characteristics of surrounding rock are tested in laboratory, and the key parameters are obtained. Combined with the characteristics of surrounding rock, the calculation model is established by using discrete element simulation technology and considering the joints of surrounding rock. According to the above multiple information, the stress characteristics of the secondary lining in different time periods are analyzed creatively. Finally, the method of setting arch and adding anchor bolt in key parts is proposed, and significant effect results are obtained.

The instability of the roadway is a general problem for most of the deep mine roadways due to high geo-stress and large deformation, which require that the more reasonable and effective support measures are designed and employed. By applying the 3-D explicit finite difference software FLAC3D, this paper establishes the numerical calculation model of a roadway located in about 700m depth based on the geologic condition of the site which the roadway is in as well as the results of the in-situ stress measurement and the laboratory tests for the physical-mechanical properties of rock. Furthermore, three different support scenarios are raised and the optimum one is determined by calculating and analyzing the distribution of the plastic zone and displacement field in the rock surrounding the roadway with the above three scenarios.

Jixi mine area is one of the early mined areas in China and it's a typical deep mine. Because of large deformation of underground roadway and dynamic disasters occurred frequently in this mine, five measurement points of in-situ stress in this mine was measured and then analyzed with inversion. Based on these in-situ stress measurement data, numerical model of 3D in-situ stress back analysis was established. According to different stress fields, related analytical samples of neural network were given with FLAC program. Through the determination of hidden layers, hidden nodes and the setting of parameters, the network was optimized and trained. Then according to field measurement of in-situ stress, back analysis of initial stress field was conducted. Compared with field measurement, with accuracy requirement satisfied, it shows that the in-situ stress of rock mass obtained is basically reasonable. Meanwhile, it proves that the measurement of in-situ stress can provide deep mines with effective and rapid means, and also provide reliable data to optimization of deep roadway layout and supporting design.

The stability judgement of surrounding rock is one of the key jobs in tunnel engineering. Taking the Erlongdong fault bundle section of Guanjiao Tunnel as the background, the stability of surrounding rock during construction of soft rock tunnel was discussed preliminarily. Based on plastic strain catastrophe theory, and combining numerical results and in-situ data, the limit displacements for stability of surrounding rock were analyzed and obtained corresponding to the in-situ monitoring technology. It shows that the limit displacements obtained corresponds to engineering practice primarily. The plastic strain catastrophe theory under unloading condition provides new thought for ground stability of deep soft rock tunnel and can be good guidance and valuable reference to construction decision making and deformation managing of similar tunnels.
