With the continuous development of information technology, the performance of the entire traditional electrical system is gradually optimized. Nowadays, the single-chip technology is an important part of the traditional electrical system because it determines the operating quality of the entire traditional system. However, due to the electromagnetic pulse, the single-chip microcomputer system may be interfered with malfunction or damage, which seriously affects its performance. Therefore, to investigate the impact of an electromagnetic pulse on a single-chip microcomputer system, in this research work, we have used a STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the research object by setting up multiple sets of STM32 single-chip microcomputer serial communication systems. Besides, we have conducted an electromagnetic pulse vulnerability experiment using the inductive coupling inject method which has improved the antielectromagnetic pulse capacity of the STM32 single-chip serial communication system. The experimental results show that the damage threshold of the single-chip microcomputer with positive pulse injection is greater than the negative pulse injection, which indicates that the serial communication system of the STM32 single-chip microcomputer is more sensitive to the negative pulse injection. Moreover, this research work is of great significance to evaluate more accurately the viability and anti-interference capability of a single-chip microcomputer system under the action of electromagnetic pulse.

In this paper, the main research work and research results are as follows: analyze the principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic nondestructive testing and characteristic and the hardware design of ultrasonic flaw detector system based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C52. This paper laid a good foundation for more in-depth studies in the research of ultrasonic digital signal processing in future.

The principle conceptual design of the automatic tray filling machine of Li/MnO2 button cell battery and its control system are analyzed in the work. According to the the needs of production process putting the cell battery into the plate, it makes structure design and modeling simulation, completes electrical system design and program control design, relys on the Single chip microcomputer (MCU) system to achieve the human-computer interaction. In addition, this work verifies the feasibility and safety through the ANSYS modal analysis. After running the test more than a year, the product can well meet the production requirements.

English mobile learning platform is affected by external interference signals, resulting in poor remote transmission ability of English information. To solve this problem, a design of the English mobile learning platform based on the GSM-R wireless network communication system is proposed. The overall framework of the English mobile learning platform is designed. MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer is selected as the hardware microcontrol unit of the platform, and R-C reset circuit is designed. The reset circuit is used to reset the single-chip microcomputer platform to prevent external signal interference. The modem is initialized according to AT instruction, and the main program flow of the single-chip microcomputer of the English mobile learning platform is designed on this basis. GSM-R wireless network communication system is used to plan the course module. After planning, the platform operation management function is designed, the interactive learning environment is established, the user information template is designed, and the platform database is built. The experimental results show that the designed English mobile learning platform can meet the learning needs and improve students’ comprehensive ability after application.

This paper system based on GPRS and a single chip microcomputer. System is applied to facility agriculture. Work aims to realize the wireless data transmission. Using digital temperature sensors, humidity sensors and carbon dioxide concentration sensors, they could collect greenhouse related parameters data. After that, GPRS wireless module send these data to farmers' mobile phones and remote expert system. After system set up, practice has proved that farmers mobile phone can receive temperature data from ds18b20 temperature sensor and with no delay. Stored in SD card crop picture can transmit through GPRS model. In the picture size below 20 KB situation, delay is not obvious. Transmission effect is good.

It is described in detail how to develop the intelligent instrument system through connecting bus-bridge of PROFIBUS with single-chip microcomputer system of users, changing the traditional PLC-control into the data-bus control in limekiln electrical control system. This paper focuses on the development of hardware of the accompanies-station of PROFIBUS-DP, the model for user, and software design. About 400,000 dollars per each were saved and the ease of operation and the robust of control have been also improved dramatically after novel development.
