The difference is also found in SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 2 Purwokerto, where it provides scholarships; 3) HR evaluation is implemented by the headmasters regularly every semester in the form of classroom supervision and administration; 4) Compensation and other benefits received by employees depend on the employees’ work term, typesof employees (job training employees, non-permanent employees, permanent employees, and school headmasters).

A conservation area that has cultural-based fisheries activities, traditional leaders play a role as activity controllers and have a vision to conserve and provide protection in the area around this customary lake. On the other hand, ecologically, Bakuok Lake is very worrying. Based on the rules regarding the prohibition on Lake Bakuok, not all of these rules were carried out and implemented properly, even though there were already monitoring, there were still violations that occurred. The number of institutions involved in the development of Lake Bakuok have so far been temporary or temporary in nature, and have run separately and have not yet formed a systematic collaboration. This study aims to see how to strengthen local institutions in the sustainable management of Lake Bakuok. This research uses qualitative research methods that aim to obtain a holistic (holistic) picture of a phenomenon in Lake Bakuok. The results showed several important items that the institutional strengthening of lolak in the management of Danau Bakuok was not optimal. As seen from the dimension of human resource development that has not been maximized where there is no training or technical provisioning in order to increase skills. The dimension of organizational strengthening is also not optimal even though there is support for several activities but it is only temporary and unsustainable.
Colour in variety of art expression can be interpreted differently. This study is aiming at analyzing the colour dematerialization of Javanese spiritual literature “Falsafah Jeroning Warna” by Suprapto Kadis and a painting by Ahmad Sadali entitled “Gunung Mas”. Research was done by employing qualitative research, while data was collected by observation, interview, discussion, and documentation study. The analysis of meanings in the two art works was done in descriptive way by using the theory and the knowledge of tasawwuf or sufism, the aesthetics, and arts. Results showed that both sufis, Ahmad Sadali and Suprapto Kadis, share similarities in doing dematerialization towards colour. For them, colour was initially taken from nature (the external territory) which then experienced dematerialization when it made contact with inspiration that was created from the internal area (mental). On the other hand, the difference between the two art works lies on an understanding that colour in FJW is naturalistic mimesis in nature, meanwhile, the painting of Ahmad Sadali is naturaly abstract.

A comprehensive study has yet to be carried out depending on the historical environment particular to the Elementary Schools in Northern Cyprus. The aim of this study is hence to determine whether the coverage of historical environment subjects in elementary school social sciences textbooks is absorbed or not by the 4th and 5th Grades in the context of both content and visuals. The method of study analysed has been organised in accordance with the qualitative research. The population was not indicated pursuant to qualitative research and so purposive sampling was implemented. The textbooks used were mainly selected from the afore-mentioned grades and classes. All the data collected were based on the textbooks used during the assessment process. The data was gathered in accordance with the document analysis technique and everything was analysed in detail. The categories used were generated after the authors performed analysis by utilising textbooks. To ensure the validity of the categories, literature scanning was undertaken and expert opinion was taken. The category definitions were written for public access. Moreover, units, titles and sub-titles were chosen as registration units and studied accordingly. Thus, the texts in the textbooks were guaranteed to cover the sufficient coverage and dimension for teaching the subject. The frequency of categories used under the text in historical environment was given and the number of words for the scope was also indicated. The size of visuals used in textbooks was given in accordance with the categories. As a result of the study, while 5th Grade textbooks cover historical environment subjects, there was no indication for the 4th Grade textbooks. Keywords: social sciences, textbooks, North Cyprus, historical environment, elementary school.

Given the vast and diverse qualitative analytic landscape, what might be a generative starting point for researchers who desire to learn how to produce quality qualitative analyses? This question is particularly relevant to researchers new to the field and practice of qualitative research and instructors and mentors who regularly introduce students to qualitative research practices. In this article, we seek to offer what we view as a useful starting point for learning how to do qualitative analysis. We begin by discussing briefly the general landscape of qualitative research methodologies and methods. To contextualize our suggestions, we review the qualitative analytic practices commonly used within human resource development (HRD). Following this, we describe thematic analysis in more detail, including why we believe it is a particularly useful analytic approach to consider when first learning about qualitative analysis. We share seven common practices or important considerations for carrying out a thematic analysis and conclude by highlighting key considerations for assuring quality when conducting a thematic analysis.
