The article reflects on the idea of both calendric time and its material supports used by the Zoroastrians of Iran in reference to the identity of the group. The qualitative analysis of the data collected during the fieldwork among the Zoroastrian community has shown that a distinctive time-reckoning system plays the role of an important marker that strengthens the community’s Zoroastrian identity in the face of Muslim domination. In the post-Revolutionary Iran, the calendar is one of the key pillars of the Zoroastrians’ collective self-awareness—both as an idea of a specific time-reckoning system designating ritual activities, and as a material subject that acts as a medium to promote specific values and ideas.

Kata kunci: Notaris, SKMHT, APHT, wanprestasi ABSTRACTPekalongan Regency is a location that has a high potential in the use of Power of Attorney Charging the Guarantee Right (SKMHT), this is caused by incessant development by people who need big fund which among others comes from the credit obtained by using the Mortgage Institution which further cause various problems such as if the debtor is defaulted. BTN as a creditor in the granting of subsidized KPR to the debtor generally does not control objects that become credit for physical security, but only have the right of property administratively. The binding of the object of collateral in the form of land, namely Right of Ownership, Building Rights and Cultivation Right, the process is only up to the Power of Attorney Charging the Guarantee Right (SKMHT) only, without the burden of the Guaranteed Fund on the object of the guarantee, BTN has no material right the guarantee is factual. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of a notary in the case of debtor wanprestasi, the use of SKMHT not followed APHT in the case of debtor wanprestasi associated with the provision of Subsidized House Ownership Credit in the State Savings Bank and the efforts of the State Savings Bank in the case of debt defaulting to the grant Housing Loan facility. The method used in this study is the method of qualitative analysis, the data obtained is arranged systematically and then analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain clarity of issues to be discussed. In this study it is concluded that in the face of debtor wanprestasi Bank BTN take steps to resell by using the power of sale which stated in deed "Recognition of Debt", and increase SKMHT to APHT to debitor candidate, and notary role which only as deed maker so do not participate if there was a default. Keywords: notary, SKMHT, APHT, wanprestasi

In endoscopy, quality improvement (QI) is paramount and integral to Joint Advisory Group (JAG) accreditation. The challenge is to keep staff engaged and enthused in the face of factors that influence their emotions and behaviour. This was demonstrated in the author's endoscopy recovery units being used to cope with an inpatient surge for 14 months, which increased stress, sickness and turnover and lowered compliance with clinical audits. The professional advocate (PA) was tasked with addressing this and established that the QI systems in place were inadequate without investment in the team's human and social capital. The PA acted according to the Advocating and Educating for Quality Improvement (A-EQUIP) model to create a positive environment and support continuous improvement using various wellbeing tools and techniques. Restorative clinical supervision, human factors training and concepts from neurological and social sciences were employed to increase self-awareness, improve attitudes and build resilience in the workforce. These techniques have received positive feedback and become integral to the service. Endoscopy services should prioritise investment in workforce education and wellbeing and adopt the role of PA, which should be considered as part of JAG workforce standards.

Applied art is the synthesis of many science and technologies, production process technology, and it has strong development in many countries all over the world. Applied art products are always present in all shapes and sizes in every urban space and have a strong interaction with the architectural and environmental landscape. A modern civilized city always needs harmonious alignment in the planning of these elements. In many urban areas in Vietnam, the interaction between architectural landscapes, urban environments, and urban beauties was not really taken seriously. It is obvious that the weaknesses in management are directly affecting the urban beauty. The overall picture of the city was not beautiful due to the absence of a head of the urban management. Discussing some solutions to improve the face of urban in Vietnam, it is necessary to clearly define the important role of the urban management levels; enhance the role of architects, artists, designers; build a civilized lifestyle, educate the sense of self-awareness and proper behavior of each urban resident.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a widely represented species of bacteria possessing of a pathogenic potential. This infectious agent is causing wound infections, fibrotic cystitis, fibrosing pneumonia, bacterial sepsis, etc. The microorganism is highly resistant to antiseptics, disinfectants, immune system responses of the body. The responses of a quorum sense of this kind of bacteria ensure the inclusion of many pathogenicity factors. The analysis of the scientific literature made it possible to formulate four questions concerning the role of biofilms for the adaptation of P. aeruginosa to adverse environmental factors: Is another person appears to be predominantly of a source an etiological agent or the source of P. aeruginosa infection in the environment? Does the formation of biofilms influence on the antibiotic resistance? How the antagonistic activity of microorganisms is realized in biofilm form? What is the main function of biofilms in the functioning of bacteria? A hypothesis has been put forward the effect of biofilms on the increase of antibiotic resistance of bacteria and, in particular, P. aeruginosa to be secondary in charcter. It is more likely a biofilmboth to fulfill the function of storing nutrients and provide topical competition in the face of food scarcity. In connection with the incompatibility of the molecular radii of most antibiotics and pores in biofilm, biofilm is doubtful to be capable of performing a barrier function for protecting against antibiotics. However, with respect to antibodies and immunocompetent cells, the barrier function is beyond doubt. The biofilm is more likely to fulfill the function of storing nutrients and providing topical competition in conditions of scarcity of food resources.

David Hoinski and Ronald Polansky’s “The Modern Aristotle: Michael Polanyi’s Search for Truth against Nihilism” shows how the general tendencies of contemporary philosophy of science disclose a return to the Aristotelian emphasis on both the formation of dispositions to know and the role of the mind in theoretical science. Focusing on a comparison of Michael Polanyi and Aristotle, Hoinski and Polansky investigate to what degree Aristotelian thought retains its purchase on reality in the face of the changes wrought by modern science. Polanyi’s approach relies on several Aristotelian assumptions, including the naturalness of the human desire to know, the institutional and personal basis for the accumulation of knowledge, and the endorsement of realism against objectivism. Hoinski and Polansky emphasize the promise of Polanyi’s neo-Aristotelian framework, which argues that science is won through reflection on reality.
