Two new species of the genus Scaphidium Olivier from Xizang (Tibet Autonomous Region), China are described: 1) S. rhopaliparamerosum sp. nov. [棒侧叶出尾蕈甲], distinguished by four dark red big fasciae on apical 1/3 and basal 1/3 parts of elytra; and 2) S. russipenne sp. nov. [绛鞘出尾蕈甲], distinguished by the unified brownish red colour on elytra. For both new species, we provide descriptions and colour plates of normal light photos for the diagnostic characters: habitus in both dorsal and ventral views, an antenna, a prefemur, and the detailed structures of the aedeagus (if male available). Additionally, a new spot pattern of S. formosanum Pic is reported from Yunnan.

We have described and illustrated a new species, Bulbophyllum linzhiense (Malaxideae, Epidendroideae, Orchidaceae), from Tibet Autonomous Region in southwest China. The size and overall floral morphology of the new species are similar to those of B. rubrolabellum, a species endemic to Taiwan island on the southeast coast of China, but is different by apart pseudobulbs, lower flowers, ovate-lanceolate bracts, longer pedicel and ovary, yellow-green flower, and lanceolate lateral sepals. A cladistic analysis based on the nuclear (ITS) and plastid (matK, trnL-F, and atpI-atpH) DNA sequences supported the new species is sister to B. rubrolabellum.

Three species of the genus Miagrammopes O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1870 are described from China, including two new species, M. rutundus Liang & Xu, n. sp. from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and M. auriculatus Cai & Xu, n. sp. from Tibet Autonomous Region, and one known species, M. bifurcatus Dong, Yan, Zhu & Song, 2004. The female of M. bifurcatus is described for the first time. Both detailed illustration and a distribution map of the three species are provided.

Two new species, Gonioctena (Brachyphytodecta) davidi sp. nov. and G. (B.) kangdingensis sp. nov., are described from Sichuan, China. Both are easily distinguished from other species by the presence of many micro-denticles on apicolateral surface of aedeagus, which is a unique character in the genus Gonioctena Chevrolat, 1836. A distribution map, photographs and diagnostic characters with illustrations of each species are included.

Two new species of the nemourid genus Amphinemura are described based on recent material collected from the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The new taxa include A. chayuensis sp. nov. and A. hexalobata sp. nov., the latter species is respresented by both sexes. The new species are compared to related taxa.

Recent collections of nectriaceous fungi from Hunan Province and Tibet Autonomous Region were examined. Using combined analyses of morphology and molecular data, Neocosmospora bomiensis and N. hengyangensis are described and illustrated as new species. Neocosmospora bomiensis can be easily recognized by commonly non-stromatic perithecia that are superficial, solitary, subglobose to globose or pyriform and becoming lateral collapsed when dry; clavate asci with eight ascospores that are ellipsoidal, uniseptate, hyaline, and smooth; sickle-shaped, slightly curved macroconidia with (3–)5–6-septate. Neocosmospora hengyangensis is characterized by non-stromatic perithecia that are solitary to gregarious, subglobose to globose, becoming laterally collapsed upon drying; clavate asci with eight ascospores that are ellipsoidal to subfusiform, uniseptate, and have a smooth surface; sickle-shaped, 4–6-septate macroconidia that are slightly curved; and allantoid to rod-shaped, aseptate microconidia. Their morphological distinctions from and phylogenetic relationships with the close relatives are discussed.

Two new species, Flavoperla retusata Mo, Li & Wang, sp. nov. and F. yangi Mo, Li & Murányi, sp. nov. are proposed from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of southern China. Distinctness of the new species is based on morphological characters and DNA sequence comparisons with their closest known relative, F. galerispina Mo, Wang & Li, 2020. The taxonomic relationships of the two new species and related congeners are discussed.

This publication reviews the Labidostomis species from Southeastern Europe similar to L. longimana. Two new species, L. daccordii sp. nov. (Central Greece) and L. leonardii (Greece: Kos Island, Turkey), are described. The type specimens of L. balcanica Tomov, 1987 (Croatia), L. graeca Tomov, 1990 and L. tymphristica Tomov, 1990 (both from Greece) were studied, all three species are confirmed as valid and their diagnostic characters are described. The aedeagus sclerites are introduced as useful character to separate Labidostomis species.

The subgenus Sidonis Mulsant, 1850 is elevated to generic status and two new species from Brazil are described and illustrated: Sidonis bira sp. nov. and Sidonis biguttata sp. nov. New geographic distribution records are provided. In addition, lectotypes of Sidonis consanguinea (Mulsant, 1850) and S. guttata (Sicard, 1912) are designated. Illustrations of diagnostic characters from five of six species of the genus, comments on the differences from similar species and a key to all recognized taxa are included.
