This article takes the hospital maternal and obstetrics maternal and child care information system as the starting point, through process analysis, business organization, and information technology, to discuss how to achieve the city's maternal care and management network information system construction work. Through the construction of the maternal nursing and management network information system in our city, we have summed up a set of scientific, rigorous and practical system construction methods to provide reference for the construction of the provincial obstetrics and gynecology network information system platform. Through the use of the obstetrics and gynecology health care network information system, the business process is standardized, the work efficiency and management level are improved, and the decision-making basis for the nursing and health care work of obstetrics and gynecology is provided. At the same time, the use of integrated management mobile care information system in maternal clinical care has become a new technology, which has been the earliest and most extensive application for the majority of nursing staff, and its efficiency (executive execution and signature) Efficiency, safety (determination of clinical drug delivery and identification of patients), convenience (patient inquiry, record writing and health education) have been initially affirmed, but the operation process is still affected by many factors, the thesis will Discuss this and propose a solution to this.

The network information system is a military information network system with evolution characteristics. Evolution is a process of replacement between disorder and order, chaos and equilibrium. Given that the concept of evolution originates from biological systems, in this article, the evolution of network information architecture is analyzed by genetic algorithms, and the network information architecture is represented by chromosomes. Besides, the genetic algorithm is also applied to find the optimal chromosome in the architecture space. The evolutionary simulation is used to predict the optimal scheme of the network information architecture and provide a reference for system construction.

Abstract:A new research paradigm is emerging based on the multi-agent system architectural framework, allowing human and software agents to interoperate and thus cooperate within common application areas. Within a multi-agent system, the different “views of the world” of knowledgeable agents are to be bridged through their commitment to common ontologies and terminologies. We developed a general methodology for the design or integration of new components into a Health-care Information System conceived as a network of software and human agents. In our view, ontological and terminological services are entrusted to dedicated agents, namely ontology and terminology servers, allowing the configuration of suitable application ontologies for distributed applications. The role is described that such servers, operatively coordinated in order to preserve semantic coherence, should play within a distributed Health-care Information System.

AbstractAugmented Intelligence (AI) systems have the power to transform health care and bring us closer to the quadruple aim: enhancing patient experience, improving population health, reducing costs, and improving the work life of health care providers. Earning physicians' trust is critical for accelerating adoption of AI into patient care. As technology evolves, the medical community will need to develop standards for these innovative technologies and re-visit current regulatory systems that physicians and patients rely on to ensure that health care AI is responsible, evidence-based, free from bias, and designed and deployed to promote equity. To develop actionable guidance for trustworthy AI in health care, the AMA reviewed literature on the challenges health care AI poses and reflected on existing guidance as a starting point for addressing those challenges (including models for regulating the introduction of innovative technologies into clinical care).
