Analysis and amendment of Reily law from the perspective of urban business district competition

In the process of urbanization, the city’s population is growing and the area is also expanding, and the commercial pattern of “multi center, multi business circle” gradually appears. The competition and coordinated development between business circles has become a subject that we must pay attention to. In this paper, by reconstructing the evaluation index system of business district competition, introducing new factors such as Internet, we media and mobile terminal, we analyze and optimize the classical Reilly law model, so that it can better adapt to the development of the times.

In this paper, the coordinated development system in a typical resource-based coal mining area is divided into four subsystems, respectively society, economy, resources and environment. Taking ShenFu mining area in north of Shaanxi as the example, and the relevant statistics of society, economy, resources and environment in the area from 2000 to 2006 as the basic data, finally evaluation index system of coordinated development about society, economy, resources and environment in ShenFu mining area, containing four subsystems, a total of 23 indexes was constructed through analyzing and screening of the qualitative and quantitative main component. Since the evaluation index system is established on the basic of the actual data in ShenFu mining area from 2000 to 2006, some limitations might be available inevitably. However, it has important reference and guiding significance for the evaluation of coordinated development in the area and other similar areas. And this index system is flexible in application as it not only could be used in the evaluation of the particular area as a whole system, but also can be split to analyze the coordinated development among the four subsystems that are society, economy, resources and environment, which plays an important role to highlight the key problems.

This paper selects the index data of population, economy and space from 2000 to 2019, establishes an evaluation index system for the level of new urbanization and environmental quality in Qinghai Province, studies the coordination between new urbanization and environmental quality in Qinghai Province by establishing a coupling coordination model, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of new urbanization and environmental quality in Qinghai Province.

in this paper, we analyzed three dimensional evaluation index systems on coordinated development of ethnic regions in China. The analysis was conducted by means of an AHP-based Fuzzy Approach which builds a system analysis technique for multiple criteria decision making,and by Biological carrying capacity, Economic carrying capacity and Social carrying capacity.The result show that evaluation index system based on Fuzzy AHP Algorithm in ethnic regions has good reliability.

This paper discusses the principle of coordinated development between traffic and economy, build evaluation index system of transport and economy development, use entropy weight method to calculate the composite score, draw traffic - economy coordination degree model. Based on the teaching characteristics of Research-oriented University, this paper designs the teaching evaluation index system of university economics and management courses. The index system includes 6 first level indexes and 31 second level indexes. We select all the graduate students in our school's business school as the survey object to study the importance of indicators at all levels in teaching evaluation. The results show that the weight of learning attitude is the highest among all the first level indicators. In all the secondary indicators, the indicators that can assess research, investigation and other related aspects generally have higher weight. These show that under the background of the construction of Research-oriented University, the traditional teaching mode of instilling knowledge into students by teachers can no longer meet the needs of the development of the times. The education in the new era should transform to the research-oriented teaching mode which mainly cultivates students' research and analysis ability.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.
