In this paper, the coordinated development system in a typical resource-based coal mining area is divided into four subsystems, respectively society, economy, resources and environment. Taking ShenFu mining area in north of Shaanxi as the example, and the relevant statistics of society, economy, resources and environment in the area from 2000 to 2006 as the basic data, finally evaluation index system of coordinated development about society, economy, resources and environment in ShenFu mining area, containing four subsystems, a total of 23 indexes was constructed through analyzing and screening of the qualitative and quantitative main component. Since the evaluation index system is established on the basic of the actual data in ShenFu mining area from 2000 to 2006, some limitations might be available inevitably. However, it has important reference and guiding significance for the evaluation of coordinated development in the area and other similar areas. And this index system is flexible in application as it not only could be used in the evaluation of the particular area as a whole system, but also can be split to analyze the coordinated development among the four subsystems that are society, economy, resources and environment, which plays an important role to highlight the key problems.

The concept of coal mining area land (CMAL) development suitability was defined, and evaluation index system of CMAL was constructed by AHP. Considering the characteristic of linguistic-based attribute, an ideal-point-based approach to CMAL development suitability evaluation was introduced. Based on the definition of positive ideal-point and deviation, deviation between alternative and positive ideal-point of alternative were given, and the process of ideal-point-based approach to CMAL development suitability evaluation was also provided. Taking Jixi coal mining area in Heilongjiang province as an application case, and its land development suitability was evaluated. The result shows that the method of ideal-point-based approach to CMAL development suitability evaluation is effective.

Based on the conception of DPSIR model, in according with the principle of corresponding, 5 factors, the driving force, pressure, state, impact and response are selected the evaluation index of comprehensive benefit of water and soil conservation in 20 coal mining areas. When starting from connotation of the comprehensive benefit of water and soil conservation in coal mining areas, experts grading method is used to select 15 basic indicators and to build the framework of evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit of water and soil conservation in coal mining areas. Using the method of AHP, the weight is confirmed among each subsystem and index (from the subsystem). Then the evaluation index weight system of comprehensive benefit of water and soil conservation in coal mining areas is finally calculated. The guidance of the evaluation of comprehensive benefit of water and soil conservation in coal mining areas could be provided in the future.

In the process of urbanization, the city’s population is growing and the area is also expanding, and the commercial pattern of “multi center, multi business circle” gradually appears. The competition and coordinated development between business circles has become a subject that we must pay attention to. In this paper, by reconstructing the evaluation index system of business district competition, introducing new factors such as Internet, we media and mobile terminal, we analyze and optimize the classical Reilly law model, so that it can better adapt to the development of the times.

in this paper, we analyzed three dimensional evaluation index systems on coordinated development of ethnic regions in China. The analysis was conducted by means of an AHP-based Fuzzy Approach which builds a system analysis technique for multiple criteria decision making, and by Biological carrying capacity, Economic carrying capacity and Social carrying capacity. The result show that evaluation index system based on Fuzzy AHP Algorithm in ethnic regions has good reliability.

Aiming at the shortage of existing grey relation model, the colliery safety factor evaluation index system is built with the weighted grey relation evaluation model which combines the subjective weighting process and the objective weighting process. The analysis conclusions of the four collieries of Zao Zhuang Coal Mining Co. Ltd show that the evaluation of colliery safety factors based on the weighted grey relation evaluation can make a good division and evaluation for various colliery safety factors, and also eliminate the gray characteristics the colliery safety system owns effectively, thus it can keep evaluation results objective and reasonable.

Investment in transportation infrastructure is bound to promote the economic development . Coordinated development of transport and economy is the best state. This paper discusses the principle of coordinated development between traffic and economy, build evaluation index system of transport and economy development, use entropy weight method to calculate the composite score, draw traffic - economy coordination degree model. Then set Huanggang City of Hubei province example to illustrate the usefulness of the model.

Abstract Based on the coupled human–environment, and taking the Hegang coal mining area (Heilongjiang Province, China) as a research area, combined with RS and GIS technologies, from the perspectives of environmental exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity, the analytic hierarchy process and expert consultation methods were used to establish the evaluation index system and weight. Then the mathematical model of vulnerability assessment was constructed, and the spatial analysis method was used to dynamically identify and evaluate the vulnerability of land use in the study areas in 1994, 2006, 2010, and 2014. The results show that: 1) the vulnerability of land use shows an increasing trend from 1994-2014, and most of the landscape types show a strong dominant vulnerability; 2) the adaptive capacity of land use gradually became unstable under the influence of human–land coupling, and the land-use environment showed the trend of transformation from potential vulnerability to extreme vulnerability under the dual action of sensitivity and exposure; 3) from the type of land use, the vulnerability of coal mine land and unutilized land was relatively prominent. The two landscape types were mostly distributed in severe or extremely vulnerable areas over the past 20 years, indicating a greater degree of interference. The results provide the decision-making basis for the scientific planning and management of the land, and provide guidance for ecological restoration and environmental protection.
